The Rapture: Before Or After The Great Tribulation?

This is a topic that appears to be generating a lot of hot debates among Christians presently. I don't think there's much doubt about the rapture taking place, because that's generally agreed upon by Christians to be a certainty. But the bone of contention was when exactly it would take place, if before or after the great tribulation.

I must it though that this topic is one that I'm not well informed about, because It's not been an area of interest to me. Anyone of them was good enough for me because I was made by Jesus to be prepared at all times for all kinds of situation just as the apostles.

Luke 12:35-40 (KJV)

Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;
And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.

Hence i'm not really concerned if the rapture takes place before or after the great tribulation, because I'm always ready as my loins are girded about and my light is always burning as the Master had instructed. And I believe that ought to be the same for every one of His followers.

However last year I got a rapture dream for the first time in my life. That was sometime in June. Since then I have had two more and one great tribulation dream. The most recent being the rapture dream I just had a few days ago.

It gave me the impression gave that the end was very near, hence people needed to be warned about this so that they can repent and be ready for the rapture.

So although such information may not be of much significance to me, there were yet those who need to aware of such. therefore being God's servant, i was meant to warn them about what was imminent, which explains the rapture dreams I've been receiving.

And that's what I've been doing since. Although repentance has always been a key part of my message, now it's become even more urgent because it seems there's not much time left going by the timing and frequency of the endtime dreams.

I must also it though, that because of the rapture and tribulation dreams I was now more informed about the rapture than I used to be beforehand, that I intended to share my view about it. However when I realized that i was still not informed enough to give a definite position on that subject, I had to suspend my initial plans, so as not to mislead others.

Therefore it's only when i'm ready for that, i would do so, although as things stand now, I'm more inclined to the position of tribulation before rapture, and that I believe is a safer position to be in the meantime, that may yet change along the way.

But for those who are completely sure of when the rapture would take place, this is an opportunity to convince those of us who aren't if the rapture would take place before or after the great tribulation.

As I said earlier though, regardless, the most important thing is for us to be ready at all times for all possible scenarios as Jesus instructed us to be.

I write to demystify the idea of rapture as a literal thing to take some people to a place for a 1000 years! Those things are fantasies that were once embraced by some poor people who were being deceived by their rich priests who kept on ruling their minds in Asia Minor and later in Europe both Eastern and Western Europe. That was about 400 years ago.

However, OP the narrative is long changed! A lot now know that they have heen deceived! What more do u demand after having lived in this beautyful world for some years and u are still yearning for another place in a non-existing paradise!

Restitution is a process of compensation for loss or injury. in other words, making amend for wrongs done to people or neighbor, restorating stolen thing to there rightful owner, paying debt, giving back to where one as defrauded, apologizing to those hurt or slandered so as to have a conscience free from offence toward God and man. Luke 19:8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. 19:9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, for so much as he also is a son of Abraham. Acts 24:16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men. (Numbers 5:6-8; Genesis 20:1-18; leviticus 6:1-7; Matthew 5:23,24).

Making restitution ensures we have right relationship with God and man, God requires that we make amends to any person we've injured or wronged as a mark of true repentance. There is need for Christians to be ready to do restitution either by offends or Human error of judgement.
Do you have any pressing need for restitution, do you have a free conscience, it's up to you. pray too God to assist you in order to make your ways right before God and man.

Happy Sunday all. The message of restitution is not appropriate under Grace as it is still a form of work to make right with God. No church is supposed to preach restitution. It causes an already wound to bleed. However, it is only a genuine repentance that instigates restitution. The case of Zacheus is applicable here. Jesus never preached restitution to him. Jesus simply told him, today Salvation has entered into your house! Deeper Life, Apostolic Faith, MFM, Redeemed, and other teachers of Restitution stop! Do no longer condemn what the Lord had not! Preach salvation to Grace!
