Eriokanmi: Arabs are the easiest fall guys.... Very easy to call them barbaric islamist terrorists, but you forgot that that same country (Libya) used to be the best in Africa some few years ago until your so called God's chosen people instigate the US-Obama led istration and NATO to go and kill Gaddafi in the name of democracy and peace. The same type of peace they gave DR Congo after killing Patrice Lumunba, and Thomas Sankara in Burkina Faso. As you're reading this, they're currently plotting how to invade the latter again, but this time, for another nationalist by the name Ibrahim Traore. This same angels of the Western world and their NATO alliance killed over a million people in Iraq in their battle against weapons of masses destruction. It turned out that the whole weapon of masses destruction thing was a lie sold the US by the "god's chosen people"... Yet, not a single person was tried for war crimes. I know you already have your mind fixated on Arabs as the baddies and I can't change that...Peace and love 🕊️ 1 Like 1 Share |

iwaeda: I'm glad you wrote this....you took the words out of my mouth. Building a house in Lagos now is no joke...and not for the feign hearted. All agencies have doubled or their fees and we don't have to mention the massive malpractices or corruptions going on there. 1 Like |

I think one of the greatest huddle in palm farming is acquisition of land in a good location. They're so many people out there working round the clock to scam potential buyers. It's very difficult to trust people in this age and time. |

osuofia2: When you get to a certain age and maturity level, you'd know that there's an agenda to magnify any offence that's committed by a Muslim with a view to creating that long lasting impression that Islam is synonymous with terrorism. Ponder on this for a moment...if the crown prince of Saudi Arabia was the one that made the pronouncements that's made by the US senator that they're the ones funding Boko haram, ISIS and Al-Qaida....what would have been the headline of all the major News outlets and how long do you think such news would have been on air for? Compare the media coverage for that with the ones they give crimes committed by Muslims around the world... It's okay if you've not been noticing, but start paying attention to it from this day and you'll understand what the agenda is. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

ChizzyBuna: Sorry if this sounds offensive, but please don't be offended. I just want to ask...how old are you? I asked that to help everyone reading this to know your level of comprehension and experience about life. I mean no harm or ridicule. The best way to solve the puzzle 🧩 of the delima you find yourself is to simulate the outcome of your actions and/or inactions after this discovery. Let's say you discussed this with your dad first and he made you understand that those things were used between him and your mom, and even went as far as calling your mom to bash her for not disposing them properly.... How would you feel....guess that'll ease your mind. Another scenario is that he used it on other women....the most likely probability from your own point view.... If you discuss it with him, he might feel bad for loosing his guards and letting you see his dirty side. In this instance, you can choose to educate him and even threaten to report it to your mom if he doesn't desist going forward.....with this approach, you've earned a respect that your other siblings won't have from him, and consequently keep the family intact. Another possibility is that you went on to tell your mom just like you're feeling now... I'll leave this scenario to you to tell us what might happen afterwards. Maturity comes with a lot of packages...and it includes information management. It's up to you to show how matured you are. 1 Like |

excanny: I guess you think all a chicken 🐔 needs to grow from day old to between 8 to 12 weeks is just feed. How about other operation cost? Staff salaries, heating for brooding, medicine and so on....then the profit margin itself. The way to go is for people to start their own backyard farming. Raise your meat and egg chickens by yourselves. Plant Ugwu, pepper 🌶️ and tomatoes 🍅, and other needed veggies. If 30% of Nigerians practice farming at this scale, demand for those commodities will drop slightly and on the long run, it'll impact prices too. |

CBN and Cadoso are wise enough to release their solution at a time when they'll get a noticeable change in the purchasing pattern of the dollar. By January when Nigerian students globally will be requesting for dollar to pay their tuition fee abroad, status quo will return. |

What a pity people still fall for this sort of bullsh!t promise of a better life in another African country. Unless you're going there to establish your own business, I'm sorry there's no such thing as pasture green on the continent. Okortor: Nope.... they're not. Their handlers had them sign an agreement to first increase fuel price to what we have now before the government-owned refineries would work. And they obliged by increasing fuel price in the name of subsidy removal as well as increasing other tariffs. Africa is still under colonialism.... it's called neocolonialism. 1 Like |

Ideally, broilers are supposed to be market ready in 12 weeks....that's 3 months, but yours are at 16 weeks and they're just a little above 1kg in weight. Something is not right somewhere. |

Interesting thread....but I guess the originator of the thread and its major contributors are no longer active on Nairaland. I'd have loved to hear from all the early contributors to know how far they've come and what learning points they would like to share. I'm keenly interested in hearing their stories. |

Good day dear Nairalanders, As the subject refers, we need advice on where to situate an Oil Palm plantation. Things to consider are as follows: 1. It must be in a region where the plant is known to thrive. 2. Security is paramount. The place in question should be kidnapping-free. 3. Land should be affordable. 4. Availability of arable land and labor. 5. Availability of other farm settlements or Oil Palm plantations within or around. Our preferred location is Southwest states. Your advice or input on this is highly welcome... 🙏 |

Originalsly: Obviously you read to reply and not to understand. I never said he cannot sue the EFCC because the last paragraph of my response has something like: I can't speak to the EFCC'S own, but what the National Assembly did is not out of place. He might be free to sue EFCC if the charter that was used to establish the anti graft agency requires it to have an arrest warrant before taking a suspect into custody.... I strongly believe you and I are not privy to that information, or are you? They're not police nor their extension. I know that the police are required to have an arrest warrant, but I'm not so sure same can be said about the EFCC, if not, every Yahoo boys, Tom, Dick and Harry would have sueing them. I welcome Bob to sue EFCC if it is in his right to do so, but what I was arguing against is that of the National Assembly. 1 Like |

Frigga13: On what grounds would he have cashed out in any clime whether sane or not? National Assembly invited him, and how's that a wrongdoing? The whole reason for the invitation was to authenticate the audio by hearing from him directly without a mouthpiece, but he didn't honor their invitation. Even in the US, their National Assembly invites people for questioning. They've invited Mark of Facebook and the Tiktok guy. Do your findings. I can't speak to the EFCC's own, but what the National Assembly did is not out of place. 13 Likes 1 Share |
