So far, BAT has proved to be a very poor manager of men and materials at the federal level. I may not be familiar with the technicalities at which Mr. Rufai arrived at his assertions that the proposed funds earmarked for that Lagos metro project from the national budget was wrong.
But if he (Mr. Rufai) was right, then, I feel that we shouldn't be defending what is wrong regardless whether such wrong has been done before by somebody else in the past.
We should be looking at righting all wrongs and preventing a repeat.
