In case you didn't, LP's lawyer is saying there are more documents in the possession of INEC that would help them prove their case in court but they couldn't get it because INEC refused to accept the subpoena which is the legal terminology for a legal order compelling you to cooperate with an investigation and by refusing to accept the subpoena INEC wasn't legally bound to cooperate and produce the required documents while INEC's counsel is insisting the claim by LP's counsel is just an excuse to cover the fact from their perspective that the LP couldn't successfully argue their case in court!
Naturally, it will be expected that the LP's counsel will seek the assistance of the court in issuing another subpoena to INEC requesting same documents
