The North has the highest number of ed voters and Obi is not popular in the North. Therefore, can you List the states Obi won and back it up with facts.

In essence,some of the IREV documents used in announcing Tinubu as the president were ed and certified by INEC,and given to the petitioners [ labour party and peter Obi ] cannot be linked/traced to any LGA in those states.
