Just ensure your business status on the CAC registry is active by filing your annual returns to the commission (The second document given to you other than the certificate after CAC registration is the STATUS REPORT... It carries details of the proprietor and the business).

Going by what the recent applicant submitted and with what previous successful applicants submitted, Can you make the request easier by enumerating the documents you have. Just read what is up there . Dont mix things up

No i can't find the one i used, You can type any letter it does not matter, just say you authorise your bank to debit the naira equivalent of $4,000 for your PTA and then sign, include your number on the letter too,

Updated:
Not sure, but i strongly advise you get a covid 19 vaccine card.
You can be asked by Port Health to present it for scanning( their is a bar code attached to it below) on your arrival in Nigeria.
In general, anyone with frequent travel in/out of Nigeria is advised to get the vaccine card.

And i have no right to appeal or istrative review. I want to ask, if one reapply immediatlely can i use the same documents and the previous bank statement i submitted and the same utility bills of my host to reapply immediately?

I have been carried away by something else o.. well I got a refusal sha. They said there were irregularities in my bank . They also said they do not know how I accumulated my savings, you can imagine o, even after writing cover letter.

Quite alright, I noticed the irregularities in my dom , but it was too late to defend it as I had already submitted. So to them, that cast a doubt on my entire application.

Also, they said asides from the sponsorship letter from my friend, that there is no evidence to back up our relationship, like chats etc. although I understand this, but then again, I wonder the essence of having my phone number as well as email if the ECO wouldn’t for additional info.

Therefore they said I have not declared properly my circumstances here in Nigeria, and also that they are not sure the money in my friend’s will be available to me for my exclusive use. LMAO

They are crazy sha. My friend only included his of 10,000 dollars savings just for this trip o, and from their statement of how the money was accrued, I believe they were also referencing that because it was only a letter from Wells Fargo confirming the that was attached.

Maybe they needed bank statement or payslips from my friend. All that was ed after I submitted application. My friend earns over 80k a year, plus other side stuffs. so that money was nothing. Probably they assumed it was fraud money.. LOL

See ehn, that refusal was just scattered, but I believe the ECO was jealous and just capitalized on the irregularities in my . As Na Wetin he/she just Dey hammer on.

They didn’t even mention anything from my previous refusal just like I see them noticing on other people’s refusal note here. I think it’s probably because I cleared them on that one.

I swear my next application ehn, I go just tell them say if them refuse me again, say e go better make them just carry their embassy commit from Nigeria kpata kpata as that might be my last. No be by force

These are the refusals

from the first letter, there are two reasons given for the refusal, one in each paragraph: 1) the wrong employment letter, 2) you salary issues.
From the second letter, while they acknowledged the fact that you addressed the first issue (wrong employment letter), it seems you didn't address the second issue at all, or not well enough.
That, I think is where the problem lies.

Ur salary is 200k....thats roughly 2.4 million per annum....dont know if u pasted ur appointment letter to show ur full remuneration to justify other allowances.. if not the eco will judge u based on 200k only

The eco expect that u will spend a reasonable part of ur salary every month ....hence u should not have an unexplained accumulated amount of almost 2.2 million between march amd September 2022....plus another unexplained 150k credit..u no dey chop, u no dey pay bills??


..mayb the eco ddnt see ur explanation like u said...did u submit a cover letter...??...if i might ask ..how did u explain the 2.2M balance, the 150k credit, in relation to ur 200k monthly salary...

You need most recent 6-month bank statements. If the statement you are talking about is up to October 31 or any day in November, then you can use it.

So sorry about the refusal Mr. Money. I think UKVI is quite confused this days.. They feel every visitor wants to JAPA with the visit. In my own case I was invited to present my paper by globally known organisation that is even connected to the royal family oo (He/she must. be jealous true true)
I was still refused on claiming sponsor's telephone number wasn't reachable.

I got a refusal email since 3 weeks now. They refused my application yet, depriving me of making use of my port for an urgent need. I feel depressed everyday about this. This is the 11th week since biometrics.
