Please I need help with Applyinh through the UCAS application system

Hello everyone,

I just collected my WAEC certificate, I intend to use it as alternative to IELTS for UK student visa.

But I discovered my first name "Babatunde" was misspelt as "Babtunde" and my middle name as "O" instead of the full middle name.

Does it matters? Will this be a reasonable ground for UKVI for visa refusal?

You can sponsor the trip alone if you have good income and evidence to back it up. He will need to show documentary evidence of his other source of income.

The trip's cost needs to be determined beforehand. Your bank s should contain far more money than the trip's expense.

You can both apply for the 2-year. If a first-time applicant has the necessary paperwork and fund, he / she can apply for a visa for any length of time.

Additionally, the success of your previous application will be advantageous to you guys therefore attached copy of your previous visa

Why don’t you WAEC to see if there’s a way to rectify this mistake?

Are you sure you were not given a ban for ing a fake employment letter?

How old were you when the application with someone else's details was made? Whom made the application? It's a 50/50 situation even though you've obviously spent out the ban that this situation usually attracts. If you end up applying, be 100% truthful about the refusal and the situation around it. Also ensure that all your docs/information are genuine, in line with UKVI student visa rules and can hold up under the most stringent scrutiny. You might or might not get it.
But 1st, you need to get a school to assign you CAS before your visa application- that will be a uphill task with many schools due to the circumstances surrounding your previous refusal.

brp mail dropped 4th November
CAS used mail 6th November
Collection mail 7th mail

After biometric, I keyed into nsppd, the prophetic declaration for Thursday morning was that any approval you are waiting for. Just believe it's done. I prayed and prayed and prayed, God Almighty came through for me.

Please help me out.. I have gotten a refusal letter for over 2 weeks now but yet to receive my port.

Reason for refusal:
1. sponsor telephone wasn't reachable.
2. Discrepancies in the amount sponsor stated in their letter.

Biometrics done since 2nd of September.
Decision made since 21st of October (refusal letter sent already).

I am really wondering why its taking this long.
UKVI has really dealt with me psychologically because I really need my port urgently.

I have made several paid calls, paid email ( they claimed to escalate and ask me to wait for 15 working days). I have also made complaint to UK GOV (to. wait 20 working days)

I have ed TLS and visited physically but all efforts proved abortive.
I later got to know that all ports are with the embassy. I visited the embassy but was not even allowed to enter.

I don't know what to do again. I need my port and this issue is having significant effect on my mental health.

How can I loose two fully funded opportunities because of UKVI delay. I thy know I would have opted for "Keep my port" before biometrics.

Please what can I do?

No infact the number quoted as mine is wrong and isn't mine the money was there don't know why the eco claimed not see the credits from my employer...I didn't pull any stunt that's why I'm confused

I honestly can't say how it happened...I didn't realize it till the refusal came I used it as a prototype to type my introduction letter for my facility... To my new application I included an introduction letter from my facility ,my pay slips also

I went for my port and there’s no visa nor refusal letter .please what does it mean or what should I do immediately ?thus if anyone has experienced this situation

I don't know how you addressed the first refusal letter.
You need a cover letter that explains the concern of the ECO in the part of your income not reflecting on your statement and using a different employment letter.
Are you still working at the same hospital you claimed in the first application?
Did you submit your salary statement in this 2nd application??

Prepare for the worst...hope for the best....

Last time i saw something like this....lets just say.......it is well...email UKVI, dont let them rest
..they will claim they have sent u an email
