It has been a long time since Federal Government Recruitment Portal will be going successfully from start to finish though many applicants are not aware yet of the ongoing recruitment.

The last time immigration service did recruitment was three years ago (June - July 2017) which i did for applicants too then and luckily, few were choosen without knowing anybody.

Here it is again, same procedure and format;

Make sure all your information and the documents you are correct and well dated. After you are done, printout your acknowledgement slip and also save it in pdf format and let it be on your email as draft in case you lose your printout.

As of last week i tried to be done with my app, i got stopped by the demand to some docs i wud term unnecessary at this stage. Doc such as med fit costs money and wud be very inconsiderate of them to make it mandatory at this stage once chance is nt evn up2 20%.
I checked tday and it was only my CV, BSc and Weac were being demanded. I quickly proceeded and got done wit my own App.

My point is, what they demanded from you at this time, although those that did earlier were havn up2 7docs being demanded to be ed

Sure, as long of ur phone has clarity. Nd shud d size are more than d required 200kb, den u use photo resize app 2 resize dem.

I faced same issue, actually it is required of every BSc n HND holders selecting Assistant Superintendant (AS-II CON is expected to these 7 documents;
1. Degree cert
2. Indegene cert
3. WAEC cert
4. National identity cert (NIN slip)
5. Birth cert/declaration of age
6. Medical cert
7. CV (optional) appears if u input employment

But due to network glitch, if u start ur application and make a typo of either ur height or school name, going back to correct it will make those documents u need to disappear, living u with only WAEC, CV and degree cert only.

Whatever probs you are facing now... Don't rush to submit, with time the site would be perfect and you might regret submitting early...
PS: they don't select applicants based on who submitted first.

not necessarily. It depends on when the send out invites. If the certificate is still valid, I can use it. If not, you'll have to get another

The site just came online and you know there will be some adjustments to be made on the site.

For those seeing two or three documents to instead of seven, pls i beg you in God's name, don't submit yet. Moreover the application just begin. Keep refreshing, and also go back to your application and check if there are errors. Sometimes error do make it shows that you can only the two/three documents alone.

Make sure that all documents are ed and all requirements are met before you submit.

Even if you don't have NIN yet, go and do it, you have almost 6weeks for this recruitment to end, so why the haste?

Also, get your medical report/certificate at nearest general hospital, it ranges from 1,500 - 2000.

the race is not for those that started well but end well.

So take all the time you need.

its 4 weeks ok not 6 weeks

My own issue is spectacular..During my NIN registration in 2014, a wrong date of birth was captured for me. I wasn't even aware till last year when I wanted opening a bank with my NIMC slip. Heard it costs 15K to correct date of birth mehn..When no be yahoo boy I be..Don't know how to solve this debacle mehn
