Mehn report to your command and explain to them about it they will give you max a week to fo back to abj to rectify it.

Of all things to make mistake, service number shouldn't be one of it. Tracing your file to remove the wrong one and rearrange you for another capturing would be a tedious thing to do.

Relate it with your state commander first, you may have to go to IPPIS office in abuja on your own.
