Concerning sniper not being safe in the house, that's a big NO, any strong pesticide of such dose should be well diluted with kerosene or water before use so as to reduce the toxic effect if mistakingly ingested. The government should be looking for means to solve depression like making the school's counselling unit more appealing to students and PEOPLE SHOULD BE NICE TO ONE ANOTHER AND PARENTS SHOULD TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CHILDREN OFTEN.

You dont understand. This is a deep issue. Why do you think a man who needs to commit adultery usually does so with a neighbor, housemaid or colleague? Simple, because of convenience. Same way a suicidal person will consider convenient sniper to stabbing themselves or taking stress to go to 3rd mainland bridge. Many people that drink sniper dont have the guts to hang or stab themselves.
