the road construction was in progress until dis new govt came in, atleast I knw that julius berger has completed abt 10km of lagos-sagamu interchange axis(from interchange to almost RCCg camp) likewise RCC on interchange- ibadan axis. The new govt came in and cud nt fund d project, then JB had 2 shut down site since June, thereby dropping so many workers. U dnt xpect dem 2 continue wrk without pay when d govt luks visionless with no economic direction. I knw dis cos I have pple working in ministry of wrks posted on dt same project.
