After the heavy downpour this morning in Lagos and part of Ogun state, the Lagos Ibadan expressway has been overtaken by flood which caused a serious traffic gridlock in the area..

It's so sad that despite the contributions of Lagos state as the highest internal revenue generating state, roads like this are still the order of the day in Lagos. I forgot to mention that Lagos state is an erstwhile capital of the federal Republic.
