Open your browser type saanapay.ng or google saanapay..once you are in their official site you will see chat with customer representative...once u connected,it will ask you to hold on to talk with next available representative or connect you automatically, tell the reprensative that you use their payment channel to pay for port...you will be asked to type ur Id number and ref number...once they confirm it,your application will be updated automatically... Return to NIS website,click check application status and enter ur id and ref number.you will see it updated...the same thing happen to me and that is d step I took to rectified it.

then do name correction om ur nin. It is 500 naira. Do it to add the middle name.
Go onto remita. Pay d 500 naira to nimc. Print off tbe receipt.
Go along with another official document with the 3 names, receipt of paymnt, application letter to nimc office, sworn affidavit for name
Once u change d name, u will be given a new slip with the new name. U shud be able to den donur pot in lagos. Start now!!

I mean the Maitama Express center is all the proof anyone needs to know that the Min. of Interior and the NIS boss aren't pissed that some of the officers are cashing out; they are only pissed they aren't the ones doing the cashing out. The business/business strategy even becomes clearer when you think about all those kangaroo announcements that seeks to crack down on the competition. More so, the 30k fee and the 72 hours max collection time. I should have thought getting ports from centers like this should be FREE of additional charges especially for people who have medical emergencies or for select categories of people who can prove looming scholarship or job opportunity deadlines. Alas, this is Nigeria where the corrupt are the ones in charge of fighting corruption. This is why I laugh when some people here say "there's nothing like Express anymore."

You can't change port office after successful payment. You may initiate fresh application, choose another center, and then pay. I'm however not sure you'd be refunded as I read somewhere on their website that refund is for only when you're charged twice.

They're starting April on Tuesday.
They finished February and March within a week, so I guess things should move fast from here on out since Applications aren't as much.

Fill the form and get it signed and stamped at a court (mine cost me 150 Naira at Ilorin). Also, buy seal of 50 Naira. Don't forget the data page of your Guarantor port. That's all.

Yes, start a new application and choose another center. Bear in mind the 30k that's on top of the official fee. As for traveling to Abuja, I'm not sure, but I don't think you need a port for that.

Didn't they say they suspended express issuance at maitama, Abuja? Can someone confirm this?

The issue is: I don't know anyone around me who can stand as a guarantor when applying for the port. I have friends who have gotten theirs, but they don't stay in Delta State.

The immigration officer said if I don't have a guarantor, I'll have to pay 5k for that, which I honestly do not have

Please who have any idea of how much the court charges to endorse the guarantor's form? My cousin working in a court said I should bring 3k.
