1. If she takes the job,she cannot use her first degree and master's degree for career advancement.

2. If she is so desperate for a job they she can take it and endure till she grows in her career...

She should be very careful in making her decisions,don't make the decision for her let her be the one to make it...

On a final note I will advise she pursue her PhD degree with full scholarship in any one the European countries,Sweden,USA Austria and many other countries.

Please redirect your job search to another organization. Those people are always having a shortfall. Once its June/July every year, their staff start suffering. Not like the salary is 'that' good. There is no way immigration will give her level 5 with a BSc. There is no way she would have Bsc and Msc with 10yrs experience in the private sector and she wont be able to make a decision in this case.
