They're now working on EH and the EH are not as many as GT's he told me that they received more than 20m applications for GT and only 40k for EH

Unfortunately, the moment you lodge it as a fraudulent transaction, the police would be involved and in most situations that will not help you get your money and even if you do, it would have taken too long.

You should pursue the second suggestion /option though. Go to the bank i.e the receiver's bank and let them know you erroneously transferred that sum into the . Try to confirm if that amount is in the or at least a reasonable sum of money.(This will ensure that your court order is not an effort in futility). They will ask you to bring a court order. You can ask them to help you place a lien on that particular amount until you come with the order of court. (Some banks oblige that oral request to place lien, some don't, it depends on the person you meet though).

Once you do that, get a lawyer to help you file the application in court (Magistrate court is fine). Get your order and take it back to the bank. The bank will effect the reversal.
