Otti has achieved an objective in that respective. Public infrastructures is enhanced in Nvosi plus his private residence has received upgrading at public expense because it served as the Government House.

In a free and fair election, u ain't gonno smell that sit again but ofcourse, Politicians and corruption/manipulations are like 5 and 6.....So it's always survival of the fittest...!!

May the most prepared win.....

Truth is, Tinubu was strategic in his approach to the 2023 Presidential Elections. He deployed confusion, comedy, and divided the opposition to rule them using calculated moves that ensured that PDP votes eventually became divided between Peter Obi who left for Labour Party, Kwankwaso who left for NNPP and Atiku of PDP. The votes of Peter Obi and Atiku put together would have sunk Tinubu if they were on the same ballot. 2027 beckons and it remains to be seen whether Peter Obi and Atiku will put to use lessons learnt from the last elections.

President Donald Trump has hosted South African President Cyril Ramaphosa for White House talks Wednesday at a moment when relations between the two countries are at a nadir, with Trump laying into South African officials on widely rejected charges of allowing a “genocide” against minority white farmers.

South African officials have strongly pushed back against Trump's accusation and Ramaphosa sought the meeting to set the record straight and salvage his country’s relationship with the United States. The bilateral relationship is at its lowest point since South Africa enforced its apartheid system of racial segregation, which ended in 1994.

Rama was overwhelmed and looking down all the time with the fingers of his left hand twitching. The farm killings and stock theft on the white farms are real and Julius Malema remains on the prowl!

He got this wrong! Arrogant and irresponsible utterance. Opposition parties should have brought down the roof! All they care about is power for selfish reasons!! Even the truck pusher he pilloried pays his rates to the government where he carries on his business and reserves the right to criticise the JAMB Registrar who is a public servant and paid from the public till.

Why I Disagreed With Atiku's Camp Over Vice President Slot - Peter Obi

According to a report by VANGUARD, Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate and former governor of Anambra State, has finally addressed the speculation surrounding a potential political merger with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar. The rumors, which surfaced following reports that Atiku’s political camp offered Obi a vice-presidential slot in a proposed alliance, had sparked widespread debate and concern among Obi’s ers.

In a statement reported by Vanguard, Obi firmly clarified his stance on the matter, emphasizing that his political mission has never been about securing titles or climbing the political hierarchy. Rather, he stressed that any discussion about coalition efforts must be rooted in shared values and a commitment to addressing Nigeria’s pressing socioeconomic challenges.

“The idea that I would accept a position just for political gain undermines everything I stand for,” Obi said, dismissing suggestions that he would agree to play a subordinate role in the proposed merger. “My coalition is against suffering, not for power. Politics should be about serving the people and solving their problems, not seeking positions,” he stated.

Obi’s remarks come amid growing tensions among his base, many of whom have rallied behind his message of reform, transparency, and people-centered governance. The idea of him stepping back into a vice-presidential role—as he did in 2019 when he ran alongside Atiku under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)—was seen by many of his loyalists as a step backward.

Reaffirming his political philosophy, Obi explained that his motivation comes from a desire to alleviate poverty, tackle hunger, and improve access to healthcare for Nigerians. He also highlighted the importance of investing in the country’s youth, particularly through education.

“My concern is about the children of this country, their future, and their access to quality education,” Obi asserted. “That is what drives my political participation—not the ambition to hold office for its own sake.”

The statement appears to close the door, at least for now, on any formal partnership between Obi and Atiku. It also reinforces Obi’s position as a political figure focused more on policy and people than political positioning. For many of his ers, Obi’s rejection of the vice-presidential offer is seen as a reaffirmation of his integrity and commitment to transformative leadership.

As Nigeria approaches another election cycle, questions about strategic alliances and coalitions will likely persist. However, Obi’s message is clear: any alliance must prioritize the well-being of Nigerians over personal or party interests.

The fox is testing the waters to see what folks have to say about the matter. Peter Oby is a sly man!
