Mashed Iru (Locust Bean) pepper , tomato and onion...qty depends on number of eggs.
Mash the Iru and add a teaspoon of water, to mix to paste. Then add grounded pepper tomato and onion together then pour all in the bowl where I whisk the egg. No salt no Maggi. Pour all in hot oil. Now I have a healthy meal.
NB: You can also whisk with Boil fish but dont add salt when boiling fish.
