October 2014: Turn Around Maintenance Began For The Optiman Performace of Our Refineries (80%):
While the Port Harcourt and Kaduna refineries were built by two Japanese firms - Chioda and JGC, the Warri Refinery was built by Snapcogetti of Italy.

According to The Coordinator, Corporate Planning and Strategy, of the NNPC, Dr. Tim Okon when SAIPEM eventually came, it offered to maintain Port Harcourt Refineries at $550 million, Kaduna Refineries at $600 million and Warri Refinery at $180 million.

Okon said the bills were unacceptable to them because they were too high despite the fact that the figures were eventually reviewed downwards. He said the high bills prompted NNPC to send some of their engineers to the builders abroad to learn the repair processes with a view to saving costs.

Following this move, Okon said NNPC began to spend as low as N10 million to maintain the refineries every month as from October 2014. Following this
development, he said the four refineries would roar back to life and produce in optimum capacity from the first quarter of 2016.

Long & short of the story....You made away with govt property after leaving office, govt sent it's people to recover their property in your custody for the incoming govt official to use, what is the noise for?

It is really unfortunate that you cannot really reason properly because of sentiments for Wike! It does not really matter, there is no justification to break into someone else's house in the name of recovering govt property. All these thuggery and nonsense can only happen in Naija. Two wrongs can never make a right. Wike has proved that he is a thug with a lot of bitterness and for sure he will not last.

Simply put, how does all these allegations against APC helped to create jobs, fix roads, improve the living standards of common Nigerians? FFK is a nonentity who indeed speaks without thinking. He has an antecedents for speaking from both sides of the mouth. The real question is how does this same PDO intends to fix this hemorrhaging Nigeria, after Jonathan had so much resources and for about 6 years? It is very obvious that PDP has nothing again to offer. I will vote APC not because it is a perfect party but because I need to try something else as PDP and Jonathan in particular has failed me. I probably would have voted PDP if it was someone else as their candidate, but same man who had 6 years and nothing to show? Absolutely no way, as I can tell the next 4 years from today.
