Please, after addressing my previous visa refusal in my cover letter, should I still add copy of the refusal letter to documents to be submitted to my application? Should I also the refusal letter?
Please advise me. NB my previous refusals was not from UK.

I don’t think it’s necessary to the refusal letters. I had similar concerns too during my application with 2 Canada denials, 1 US ban. I just declared and explained them all and my application was successful. I hope this helps.

Once you check the prices online, go to the airline office directly to book the ticket. Except you have like #30k to dash those agent.

Be ready to Pay $50 at the Airport for test.

Cheaper hotel in Ghana is another issue.

Visit ghs.hdf.org/hdf to fill arrival form before you land in Ghana to make your journey smooth

Make sure when you exchange your Naira to Dollar, you get highest denomination ooo. (50 and 100). Getting lower denomination will cost you a bit in Ghana.

Get Sim card at the airport and make sure you tell the operator/sales whoever that you want internet plan that can work the whole day not night plan oo.

Cost of feeding is same as Naija.

Hold your yellow card oo

Be prepared to pay 300cedis for departure test.

were u banned by the US for the material misrepresentation or you don’t know? If it is material bla bla I am pretty sure the US has banned you.

For this UK visa app- Do not withhold any information. Anything u about the refusals, pls expressly state them during this application.
Pls nothing like I forgot, declare all refusals and bans on your form. All.
Nothing like declare some and leave some. U ate those refusals from Canada because of your history in the US embasssy.. us and canada are twins, u cnt hurt one and enjoy from the other.
As for UK, I dnt know their stance since this is a migrant visa(Health and care), just dnt try to cover anything. Their own is 10 years ban if they discover any deception and with the US history they will just allude that you are an unrepentant deceptor.

March 2018- denied US visa on the grounds of Material misrepresentation
July 2019- denied Canada study visa
Jan 2021- denied 2nd Canada study visa.

Now, I have been able to secure a job with the NHS in UK, Sponsorship and all. Planning to apply for health and care visa .Haven’t applied to the UK before.

Good evening house, I have been a silent reader on the platform for sometime now, my study visa was denied today and I need to know if I should just forget about it or take a chance at reapplying. Mine is a serious case, so please I urge you to read to the end.

1. In 2018, my student visa to the US was not only denied, I was banned on the grounds of material misrepresentation. ( I competed this application by myself). Statement of ish.

2. In 2019, my study visa to Canada was refused based on ‘Purpose of visit, travel history, Personal asset and financial status, limited employment prospects, documentations that lacks authenticity and lastly failure to declare previous refusal and enforcement action. (This application was completed by an agent and in all honesty I explained the past history to him in details, but apparently he did not provide enough details )

3. In 2020, a friend (in Canada) encouraged me to reapply, that he has handled such cases before bla bla bla and all. He suggested that I apply to a college “cos that was what he also did” and it would be easier for me to pay complete tuition . In short, I was denied based on ‘ purpose and of visit, personal asset and financial status, that I have truthfully answered all questions asked, and proposed study not reasonable.
