iamTS:
Hello everyone, please does anyone have an update on if there is a restriction transiting through LHR to the US.

I have a Delta airline ticket from LOS-LHR-JFK and would like to know if anyone has any recent experience. Thanks

Ibo girls always shooking head where there is money. Not minding anything else. After enjoying the money she is crying domestic violence. Meanwhile FFK name the man you caught her in bed with and then we will believe your story.

One now wants to die where Davido is all because of money notwithstanding the rough life he is living. I still prefer Chioma and Davido sef. At least they are both young. This small rat Precious chew gum FFK her grandpa all because of money.

I just got first hand information from the person that you cant transit through Heathrow enroute US with a US cisit visa. The US have issues with pasengers from UK because of the covid. However, they can't stop Citizens and PR holders from entering the US. The person has booked a another ticket via Qatar Airways.

fkj950ax:

I was at MMIA yesterday in a bid to get my refund of tickets purchased for a group tour to this year's UN General Assembly. I took the time to visit the airline offices to ascertain the information I posted and that of others previously shared.

there is imposed COVID restriction on the UK by the USA and also, the UK has its own restrictions in effect.

To make this thread a rich and rewarding experience, do reach out to your to share his/her flight experience from LOS-LON-USA so we can all be armed with new info.

Chop knuckle. I wonder why ibo people are forcing Davido to marry Chioma.
festacman:
- As an adult, Chioma willingly cohabited with Davido.
- Davido openly declares his love for Chioma in a song titled "Assurance", asking water to carry him away if he jilts her. Eventually, Chioma became pregnant for Chioma.
- Subsequently, both Davido and Chioma's families have formally met and are fully aware that their children intend to marry.
- Davido not only witnessed the birth of Ifeanyi but signed his birth certificate as his father.
- Davido, in the presence of of both his and Chioma's families, named his son David Ifeanyi Adeleke at a public event.
- Ever since the birth of Ifeanyi, Davido has assumed and performed all necessary paternal duties.
- Currently, Chioma still lives with Davido and gives her body freely to him.

In view of foregoing and given that since the birth of Ifeanyi, no man has surfaced to make any paternity claim, I hereby insist and affirm that Ifeanyi Adeleke is biologically and legally Davido Adeleke's son.

The visa has been used for the initial visit
This is a second visit.
AngelicBeing:
Hmmmm, with the current trend in the US embassies in Nigeria , staying 90 days or 5months on a visit visa is not advisable,

Moreover , during interview, you are asked how long will you be visiting, and the applicants will say 10 or 15 days and it is documented on your file, now the applicant Flys to the US and stay for 150 days, when you come back for renewal, it is like a carmel ing through the eyes of a needle for you to qualify for another visa.

It is better to stick to all you said when you obtained the visa originally , Lastly, what people did few years ago and got away with it is highly frowned at now and in most cases leads to refusal / denial , shocked
ysteph: 8:15am On Nov 14, 2019
Okay thank you. She intends to travel next year and stay 5 months. with the current trends i think 3 months is sufficient.
Spanishmilf:
Technically speaking, overstaying a tourist visa for more that 180 days in the US is grounds for deportation and inside the Schengen area is not permitted. While it is never good to overstay a visa, generally you won’t run into problems until you leave and try to reenter that particular country.
If she have a concrete reason o. Why she stayed for 5month no problem, but it advisable for her not to use 5month on tourist visa because of her nationality port she maybe denied.
ysteph: 7:12am On Nov 14, 2019
Good morning everyone.
Please is it safe to stay in the US for 5 months. How will it affect the renewal of the visa.
The profile of the person is:
Age 60+, has traveled to US like 4 times in the past, longest stay is 5months other times 3 months and less.
Occupation is retired.

What is the possibility of a successful renewal by next year if the person stays for 5 months before visa expiration.

like a boy from a broken home sounds discriminatory.....the same thing you complain of is what you just did yourself.
Lets be care ful with our words.
missb50:

Just read what you put up there, do you think it is normal?

I would have schooled you this night if not for your last apologetic post.

Had to check your profile on NL, you ed 05/2019 meaning you are very new here too.

I have spent a couple of days here and read wonderful posts and yours as been the most unprofessional, empty and insultive.

You need to sit down and learn because I am sure you have never had a US visa!

Now, this is me being civil. If you come back at me like a boy from a broken home, you won't like yourself.

I agree too.
ozymes:
In my opinion, CBP made the error of stamping the WB/WT which indicates max 90 days.............The is usually for those who carry ports that enjoy visa waiver programs. He has however corrected this by stamping B2 and 2020 instead of the initial 22 December 2019 which indicated 90 days ittance.
ysteph: 4:30pm On Sep 26, 2019
As it is there are two status on the port, the WB/WT Dec 22 2019 and the B2 Mar 22 2019.
Seyewest, having given her 6 months stay why the WB/WT? What do you think?
From what i read, it appears she is a permanent resident of a Visa Waiver Country.

Pepes:
Abeg what does this mean o a friend just sent this to me this was what they stamped her in with
ysteph: 4:28pm On Sep 26, 2019
You mean change status like to Permanent Residence etc?
seyewest:

Though similar, the B-1/B-2 and WB/WT categories have some important differences that should be noted: visitors in WB/WT status cannot extend their stay in the United States beyond 90 days and they may not apply within the USA for a change of status. They must also fulfill certain port and pre-screening requirements. Please note that denial of a recent U.S. entry visa application could result in an inability to meet these requirements.

B1 or B2 should have been written.

Even Virgin ports get US visa. However, to each his own. If she thinks the issue is travel history then S.A. Dubai. U.K. shows a better travel history for family vacation.

Candybright:

I think visiting Dubai won't be necessary as she has been to S.A. virgin ports get U.K visa with the right documents and I believe she has enough ties already

Good morning everyone. Please i have some queries. I have read through this thread. Although not indepth. I don't understand everything yet because i am not a Nurse. I am here on behalf of someone dear to my heart.

I just need someone to tell me which of these countries is easiest to immigrate to as a nurse. Australia. Canada. UK. US. Or other parts of Europe.

The nurse in question has a Bachelor's Degree in nursing from a Federal University and few years working experience. She is currently nursing a new born hence the reason I'm making the enquiries. In a few weeks i want her to start the process.

Thank you all.

I think it is more like share biometrics information not Visa information. Your port number. Date of birth and finger prints once matched, will reveal all other information.

TWoods:

Yes, Canada and the US share visa information. When trump came to office promising to tighten up immigration rules, there was a surge of Nigerian illegals from the US crossing the northern border to seek asylum in Canada. It was to the point where Canada specifically requested the US to tighten its visa eligibility requirements for Nigerians to stop the flow. It’s likely the US now views anyone who is rejected a Canadian visa (or withdraws it for suspicious reasons) to be automatically ineligible to enter the US. We should simply blame our selfish and lawless brethren. Those who caused this are safely enjoying themselves in Canada while the rest of you suffer the indignity of cancelled visas.
