A family friend, her Husband and 3 kids went to the usa embassy 3weeks earlier with an invitation to attend a cousins graduation and they were rejected, no reason stated. Today they went again with a new letter of invitation from the Cousin requesting that they come for Holiday or Vacation since his graduation had ed

They were interviewed by the same VO that attended to them few weeks back and she said she is not giving them because the first letter was a letter inviting them for the Graduation and the second is inviting them for Vacation.
My first question is- should the same VO who attended
And denied you Visa the first time attend to you again- will it be unbiased?
Secondly, i was wondering if they had gone back with the expired graduation invitation card, they probably would still have denied them because the graduation ceremony had ed? Is there any rule saying one should stick to the same invitation letter he brought for the first interview?
I would really want your advise. They are devastated and i feel partly responsible because i told her that taking the old invitation when the graduation date had ed did not make sense.

Same thing with travelstart, charged 138k to move ticket date forward, they r so rude, no ones knocking anyones hustle, we r being frank here.
Despite paying for the extra service of recieving partial refund if i decide to cancel a leg. They didnt still give me.
So why was there an option for that, it should have been deactivated since they know they wont refund. Worse part is they are to saucy to apologise . Hisss they are all the same. I have been buying my tickets directly ever since and i have no regrets whatsoever, the small difference pays in the long run when u need to change, add infant or get a refund.

United bought through travelstart refunded nothing, what irritated me most is travelstart had an option for service rendered to get full or partial refund which i paid for but they couldnt get me a refund.
Its unfortunate, that option should be disabled for tickets that they know is not refundable, and they should boldly state some tickets are non refundable before payment. I dont have their time yet. LO is still my priority for now

Better don't submit your application without your UK PCC otherwise you'll receive an instant refusal. CIC only gives exceptions to those countries whose PCCs take long to obtain eg the FBI PCC. The UK PCC is one of the easiest to obtain, infact you can get it within 1 week after you apply. Also, haven't you read the updated PCC requirements that was done in February? Regardless of if you took breaks or not you have to provide a PCC for the countries you lived in for a total of 6 months (before it used to be for 6 months in a row), therefore as you studied in the UK for a year you definitely need a UK PCC. Finally, you can't send an email for extension, either you have the documents after the 60 days allowed or you don't.

I wonder why you didn't get the Uk PCC all this time even if you were out of the country. You don't need to be physically present in the UK to apply as all you needed to have done was to apply for it via the ACRO website. I myself applied for the UK PCC and received it very fast.[/quote]

Goodday every one. Pls i have few questions. Unfortunately for me, i used an agent who doesnt carry one along well enough. I was picked form the general pool without provincial nomination, but i was out of the country for some months and couldnt get the uk police report as i studied there for a year (cos i was preoccupied). The rest of my documents r ready, can i go ahead to submit those without the police report (note i left the uk every 3mnths during the course of the program).
Also is there an email i can send a message to, asking for ab extension due to my inability to get some documents because i was out of the country for medical reasons? It expires in 3days time and i am confused as to what step to take.

You maybe right, you know, i delivered 4.30am on the 12th and got discharged 1pm on the 14th, i believe. Do you think that counts as 3 calendar days for NICU?

for example you gave birth 11pm on a wed night and got discharged 7a on friday - less than 48 hours for oakben but NICS will count it as three days (wed, thursday and Friday)
