Its called prefabricated construction or construction with the use of prefabricated components.

@kayusekay, its very possible. In china a 68 story building was completed in 3days. Not lie but fact. Most chinese real estate mogul dont build using conventional method of construction but prefabricated way. Its also common in countries like India, United States, Russia. Chinese are however the king.

Some buildings in nigeria built with prefab components are
1. Coza Church abuja ( New building )
2. Atiku Guest house Asokoro
3. Mike Adenuga of Glo house also in Abuja
4. Swam water factory
5. Even shoprites use prefabricated method of construction but not in all aspect just mostly foundation to concrete slab and or to end of blockwork
