Have you tried having a relative, your mother or sisters or even someone from his side come help out? Most men don'tlike outsiders taking care of their children. Again at this time you need to optimize your time do only what is necessary- washing machine vs manual, cook once a week, reduce number of times you clean the house (na person wen dey alive dey live for clean house). Get him involved in looking after the kids when he comes from work then you use the opportunity to sleep, prepare their food before that time.

thank u

Your husband will soon replace you soon. Keep becoming a parasite to him. If you have sense you Will invite your mother over. Nag too much and get replaced ASAP!
hey I'm not a parasite, I'm a human being. I had a job but I had to quit to look after his kids...

It is sad that there are men who don't realize that taking of a baby in itself is a full time job.

It is best you bring this matter up with your parents and in-laws. Let them be the ones to talk sense to your husband.

I would also suggested if you could, abandon the kids with your husband for a full day and let him see what you face. Hin eye go clear.
I don't think it's a good idea, as I dont like involving my family pple in my marriage, I really thought we would be able to sort it out ourselves

Talk to him about bringing in your sister or someone you trust.
i don't have any younger sister, or any relative that's available at the moment....my Sis was planning to get someone for me from Jos cos I'm currently based in Abuja

What are his reasons if any? How about you suggest a non live-in help; someone who comes and goes?
he doesnt just want a stranger in his house... a non live-in house help wouldn't do much as i would still be the one to stay up most of the night.

House helps usually come with problems especially in these times you dont know who you're Bringing around your kids so I can understand your husband

But I suggest you plead with him to maybe invite your mother to help you with the kids (NOT YOUR SISTER INCASE YOU HAVE ONE)
I have considered all of the above... the truth is my mom has stroke and it affected her legs she's been taken care of, also I dont hv any family relative that can help ATM

Hello Nairalanders, there is an issue at hand.
I have two kids and recently gave birth to the third few months ago. It's been really difficult for me since I practically do most of the house chores... my husband is hardly around because of work.

I came down with this strange disturbing headache that doesnt go away. So I went to see a doctor and she said the headache was as a result of postpartum stress and lack of sleep.

The truth is I'm awake most of the time because of the baby or when I'm attending to other household matter. I haven't had a good sleep in a long while. So when the doctor suggested I get a house help so I can find time and sleep when shes holding the baby. I knew she she was on point. But the problem is my husband, he wouldn't hear of it, he doesn't want us to get any househelp...

I even pleaded with him and made him see reasons why I needed help, but he refused... I'm beginning to think I ended up with the wrong person because I dont understand why anyone would deliberately want to subject their wife to this kind of torture.

My kids are age 5, 2 and 3 months... I go to the market, cook, clean, i even do school run too...He's a contractor and will be travelling back to work next week.. yet he doesn't want me to get help...

Hello everyone, I had my first scan today at 18 weeks for my third pregnancy. I have two lovely girls and seriously praying for a boy. But while the sonographer was on it she told me I'm going to have a baby girl and when I asked how sure she was, she said 105%. I felt a bit unhappy cos I really wanted a boy. So I'll like to know if anyone have had a similar experience but ended up with the opposite gender. I plan to repeat the scan maybe at 20 weeks, I'm really hoping a miracle happens.

For 12 years I battled with peptic ulcer
The ulcer became more serious over time. At a point, i was itted in the Hospital
Then placed on oral medication for 6 wks. All that didn't worked. During my service year that was in 2016, I met a pharmacist who told me to try ulcer combination treatment. He assured me it was going to heal the wound.
I decided to give it a try. That didn't work too. At this point i gave up totally and kept managing the ulcer like that. Fast forward to 2018. A friend of mine told me about one man who cured her Aunt ulcer. But she didn't know how to get the man's . But luckily for us we got the man's through her Aunt, I called him immediately, and we booked an appointment to see.
The man came down to ph from Uyo. I paid for his hotel accommodation.
He briefed me about the treatment.
He said it was a 10 days Orthodox treatment. And after that ulcer will be history. I was still in doubt but decided to go ahead with the treatment.
The first three days of treatment was injection and drugs on empty stomach, and before he concluded the treatment
I noticed all the ulcer symptoms vanished
I could t believe my eyes. And since then I've never experienced any burning or excruciating pain. It's been over a year now. That's how I got cured from ulcer. So I thought I should share this testimony.

I'll try to keep this short as possible.
I've been sick for the past 5 years and I've tried almost everything but I'm still not fine. I was told I had staphylococcus areus four years back, I took antibiotics and all kinds of herbal medicines. Antibiotics didn't work at all but herbal suppressed the symptoms. I went from one hospital to the other but no solution, some doctors even made me look stupid saying that staph is not an infection, that we have them in our nostrils, skin and all. I went from one spiritual house to another, did all sorts of things I never thought that would do in my life, still no solution. I've done all kinds of test and they all came negative, did blood culture and urine test again, few months ago, staph was no longer detected. I've also received two therapies for depression from two different hospitals but I still feel the same way. A doctor even called me a negative person. Some people no longer believe me, they say I don't look skinny and sick. I feel like I've exhausted all my options and nothing is working. I've spent all I have plus what my friends contributed for me, I don't even know what to say to them anymore

What I feel -
I feel very very tired and weak, I have t pains all over my body, internal heat, chest congestion, I'm always dizzy and I've being experiencing catarrh for like 9 months straight now

Please is there anyone who might have any knowledge about what's wrong with me. I need your advice please or is it that I'm going crazy? Judge me all you want.
