I mentioned and quoted you here a number of times but you totally ignored . But of course, you were replying those that were hailing and congratulating you. You don't seem to recognize and appreciate the stress and time it takes to get through to your customer care line.
I finally got through to the customer care line after over a day of trying but to you , that is normal? If you were very interested in knowing what was going on, surely by now, one of your customer care people would have given you this information for you to on to the people here without them having to spend man hours trying to get through to your customer care line.

1) For those who tried Mr Alabi's reset and got the message that you have been blocked, use your Google Chrome on Desktop or Laptop open the browser and clear the browser history.

2) to your with the that was sent to you by the system via reset.

3) When you click , the page will load(as in my case) but you may not still see your as logged in. Just refresh the browser again and it will show. This is a bug in the Nairabet new system and not your browser's problem.
I hope they sort it out.

When I used them, there was no problem with payout . In fact , it was the quickest I ever received and I also use Nairabet and Bet9ja and Kokobet's payout was faster then. I dont know about now though but when I used them early this year, payout was fast.

On the Cash out, what I meant is for instance on some international bookies, if you place a bet on 5 games, and stake 100 Naira, after 3 games and your ticket is still green and you develop cold feet, you can cash out at that point and the bookie would calculate your winnings based on the three games already played that you won. They will deduct a percentage from the winnings as well . But On Kokobet cashout (At least when I tried it) , what they will offer you is a percentage of the 100 Naira you staked without considering the games that have already gone green.

There cashout just gives you a percentage of the amount you staked . Unlike real cash out on International bookies where they calculate the amount you have already won (from your acca bets) while the ticket hasnt completed, and pay you part of it with some deductions.
