I doubt you can get the exact salary & allowances of these two places but just believe they are super good.
- nccc is a new agency, well funded by both government and international orgs.

- For ONSA and NCTC, most people working there are contracted/seconded from other places: NIA, DSS, NPF, etc. (It is a very coded place). Pictures attached
