Forgiveness of Sin
Exodus 34:6,7
Looking at the scripture, forgiveness of sins comes usually from 3 channels of:
Faithfulness
Grace
Mercy
Forgiveness via mercy. A unique feature of forgiveness by mercy is that we have nothing to do to be qualified. God’s sovereignty is just executed on a technical ground.
Jud 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee
The woman accused of adultery and brought to Jesus for judgment is a classified instance of this. Her accs knocked her out from FAITHFULNESS of God because they felt she had sinned, also concluded she wasn’t qualified for GRACE because they think grace has expired for he because she has been caught in the act of sin. But when they got to the MERCY junction, Jesus stopped them on a technical ground. John 8:4-11
2. Forgiveness via grace. This we get by our action or decision, however, whatever we contribute was divinely given to us as a gift from above e.g inspiration, faith, revelation etc.
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
A good example of this is thief by the right hand of Jesus on the cross. Luke 23: 41-43
Also our salvation by the blood of Jesus shed on the cross of Calvary.
Tit 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
3. Forgiveness through the faithfulness of God. We definitely earn this via actions we take based on established truth of God and revelation we have with understanding of his word and his modus operandi. Good examples of this are confession, repentance and restitution.
A good player of this phenomenon is David during his ordeal with Uriah's wife.
Psa 51:3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
Psa 51:16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

Psa 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
No one could make such a technical statement about God if not the one who has in-depth and deep revelation of him.
This made David took advantage of Gods faithfulness despite his great sin. God's faithfulness operates basically on law of harvest, which is universal and eternal.
Conclusion.
As believers all the 3 channels are open and accessible to us. This is one of many reasons we are different from unbelievers. This are riches in Christ money can't buy.
Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

2Ki 3:26 And when the king of Moab saw that the battle was too sore for him, he took with him seven hundred men that drew swords, to break through even unto the king of Edom: but they could not.

2Ki 3:27 Then he took his eldest son that should have reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt offering upon the wall. And there was great indignation against Israel: and they departed from him, and returned to their own land.
The king of Israel- Jeroboam, king of Judah- Jehosaphat and king of Edom formed alliance to wage war against the king of Moab- Mesha, without consulting God from onset. But when there were challenges along the line, they were forced to consult the Lord via Elisha.
For the sake of King of Judah, who has lineage right standing with God, they obtain GRACE to accomplish some feat. Like many of us believers today, they didn’t bother to know the type of throne their gift was coming from and the conditions attached to it. Little did they know that their provision which came from throne of GRACE has limitation of hidden expiry date
Consequently, when the king of Moab observed that the pressure was too much on him he offered his son, who is heir to his throne, as a sacrifice to his gods. By this time, the grace, obtained by the kings in alliance had expired, the divine had been withdrawn, and hence the power of the kingdom of darkness started having upper hands against them. Consequently, they fought hard, won the battle, but could not claim the victory.
Conclusion
Golden lesson: every provision from God comes with considerations of Mercy, Grace and His Faithfulness If you are obtaining from Mercy throne, everyday can’t be Christmas because His mercy is His prerogative. If yours is coming from His Grace, be rest assured, Grace has hidden expiry date. If yours is from His Faithfulness, do not backslide because that’s the only way you can sustain it.

Question: According to 1999 Nigeria Constitution how can president suspend governor

Answer:Meta AI: According to the 1999 Nigeria Constitution, the President does not have the power to suspend a governor. Instead, the Constitution outlines a clear process for removing a governor from office, which involves impeachment by the State House of Assembly.

Impeachment Process:
1. *Notice of Allegations*: A written notice of allegations, signed by at least one-third of the House , must be presented to the speaker ¹.
2. *Investigation*: The House must decide by a two-thirds majority vote whether to investigate the allegations ¹.
3. * Investigation*: If the House votes in favor of an investigation, a seven-member must be appointed to investigate and submit a report ¹.
4. *Removal from Office*: If the allegations are substantiated, the House must vote by a two-thirds majority to remove the governor from office ¹.

It's essential to note that the President's role is not involved in this process. The Constitution ensures that the removal of a governor is a state-level process, independent of federal intervention ¹.

Many who worked with him in that government were charged to court and convicted. Why wasn't he charged and convicted posthumous to serve as precedence to IBB and deterrence to Buhari? This why we are in political cycle of failure in leadership till date.

Every 30 minutes, I do hear sound of small sand particles falling off. Guys how can this be fixed and how much would it cost?

Treat as urgent house

If the building is not a storey building well it's most likely settlement and you can just get some one to fix it. A mini underpinning and column work would do. But if it's a storey building I advise you evacuate ASAP and get professional assessment.
