Is it possible for a couple to apply for BSc together.

When any of them gets a resident permit, one of them will drop their application to become the dependant of the successful candidate.

Although both of them, when applying will mentioned they are married.

Please gurus in the house, is there anything legally wrong with this idea and is this possible?

Thank you for you reply. Her current role is mentoring and supervising new students.

What's her current job role? This isn't an issue. Ensure she seeks for ission into a program currently related to software development and what she is currently doing I believe will be related to software development. Anyone can change career path at early stage shortly after graduation to any career different from what the person studied in first degree. She has chosen a career path in software development and IT. So she should seek a program related to IT, hence, actually providing a platform for the exponential growth of her career. Goodluck.

Hello Zubizareta.

I have a problem related to the example you mentioned in this post.

My wife's bachelor degree is animal science, but after school she learnt software development and she has been working with a Canadian firm for two years now.

I'm skeptical about applying for University in Canada because her bachelor degree isn't related to her occupation.

From your experience, what do you suggest I do and what's the best possible way for her to get to Canada with a study permit?

I wonder what you want to achieve by using different monikers to quote yourself, give yourself fake likes, insult ppl with different opinions and all that. Seeing your comment refer to yourself as you being sleek, I immediately knew it was same personality. Just see screenshot. What do you intend to achieve here? Are you here to help ppl or brag about nonsense and irrelevant stuffs?

Now look at this screenshot and hide your face.

I said that was going to be my last comment but let me put this straight.
As long as visa application is concerned, Transcript isn't compulsory for obvious logical reasons.
Example the person you quoted has a first degree in a field not related to her current work of experience where she has over 12 years working experience. What in God's name will her Transcript help the VO achieve according to you. You just want to argue blindly.

Well, this comment is out there for those that want to learn. NYSC and Transcript aren't compulsory documents. You can only use your Transcript in cases where you want the VO to specifically see some courses you undertook during your first degree and how it's related to the choice of program you intend to study. That's when Transcript becomes important.

Finally, don't get it twisted. I never said educational docs aren't compulsory. I said nysc and transcripts aren't compulsory and it's a clear fact.
Many ppl here have successfully applied for visa without transcripts. Some have even used returning back to Nigeria to go for their NYSC as a home tie they intend to return to Nigeria after their studies.

Better open your mind and learn and stop this unnecessary distractions here chatting and quoting yourself to feel good.

Depends on what you mean by cheap. What we refer to cheap Canadian schools, getting ission for Sept 2024 now is almost impossible.

Which schools do you suggest one should apply for now?

If you have list of them, kindly drop them.

Hello good people.

My wife has a degree in Animal Science, but a practicing software developer for two years now. How can she get a study permit? And which is better, College or University?

Thank you for your response. This was helpful.

Generally speaking. What is the environment like working with the Chinese?

I ask this because, sometimes it can be frustrating to work with them in Naija. Probably because of how unregulated Naija labour is.

Do you know anyone who have worked or actively working with them? Can he share his experience and some hacks to get a high paying work there?

I see people traveling to Australia with foodstuffs from Nigeria.

Can you travel with red oil from Nigeria to Australia?

Those that have tried it, what was your experience like?

I will be waiting for a response.

Thank you.

I'm glad to stumble upon this thread. This is insightful.

I have proficiency in Chinese language. I used to work with the Chinese as a translator.

As a dependent and a Chinese translator, are there Chinese factories or jobs I can easily fix myself when I get to Australia?

I don't mind doing these other jobs, but I prefer working as a translator because of my career.

If there are Chinese jobs, what are the average salaries?
