Yes laptop's RAM can be upgraded from 128MB to new one 512MB or 1GB or 4GB depend on what is the maximum of RAM's MB/GB that laptop motherboard can hold.

Please check with your laptop manual FIRST to look up the chart of list of RAM maximum and type of RAM there before you can purchase the right one.

There are many different kind of RAM fitting for both computer and laptop!!! BE CAREFUL!

Otherwise RAM can fried your motherboard if WRONG ONE(RAM)!

I bought my barebone NO-OS installed HP clone (no HDD, No Floppy disk, No CDRW drive). That's why my HP clone tower never SLOW DOWN at all!!! I have my own OS cd installing by myself plus disassembled all HDD, Floppy disk, CDRW drive from old tower case to new one assembled them!

My HP clone sys runs fine!

Most univerisites and colleges have assigned to all enrolled undergraduate students getting their own name/ with its own private URL address for them to access university site with system on their laptops/computers. It comes with technology agreement for students to sign to protect their networking system student must not break the rules.

So I am not sure about Nigeria universities/colleges with technology department since I am not in Nigeria.

If you have your laptop with wireless/bluetooth/WIFI capability, and you are official enrolled undergraduate student at your school, then you should obtain your own name and that is assigned by your school technology department or your lecturer allowing you accessing their (university/college) site with system.

Windows 95 is discontinued no longer OS. The latest version is Windows XP or Vista you should buy one.

At least you have the most newer system that has either 512MB or higher RAM memory chip, hard disk drive (HDD) at least 60GB to 350GB depend on what type of person you are and newer processor (U)at least 400 or higher MHz.

I love using Windows MovieMaker converting from any video files into WMM to be edited removing unwanted frames professionally and also converting into email video or CD or my Computer.

Alternative of WMM is Adobe Premeire, expensive video editing software that all I know!

I have done all outdated 1995 McAfee CD myself for my family and my friend's computer system/laptop where they stuck not able to upgrade McAfee for a long time without informing me this matter.

Luckily they have not gotten virus attack surfing on the internet since 1995!
