For your information a colleague of mine at work died on road accident on a Friday morning very early. He didn't come to work that Friday but was seen outside the gate. Note it happens in Lagos and his Dad resides in port harcourt

For about 5 years now I've been battling extreme tiredness . Asides that I sleep alot most especially at afternoons. At night,nonce I sleep around 11pm and not going to work the next day, I can wake up by 10am or 11 am.

During afternoon and night sleeps, the sleep is usually very deep (REM phase or whatever you medics call it, please correct me) and usually characterized by heavy dreams.
