In 2015,this milk was sold for 28k or less than because then,we used to share it among our colleagues, and it's either I buy this one below,Lactorich or Dano.

Mathematically,it is cheaper for me and my house than buying refill at #2,200 which may only last me one day or at most two days.

So,yesterday the one I bought in early March this year got finished and I and my wife decided to buy another one that would at least last for another 5months or thereabout.

The price of this milk is now #89,500 Dano that is locally produced is #87,000.

I can see why the poor has been relegated in
Nigeria and their voices have been smashed and dimmed. Ask the man on the street about the economy,he would say,e go better as if has ever been better in this country.

If we don't put the right people in govt, the poor and the needy would continue to wallow in abject situations.

Naija my country.

How do you preserve this?

Good evening Mothers and the Fathers here.

I was here October last year about my wife's pregnancy. We eventually lost the pregnancy (The Doctor advised she aborts it because it wasn't growing), It was a painful one, but we thank God for getting us through it.
She got pregnant again February this year, to the glory of God. The spotting started again but eventually stopped. Eveything was fine until 19th week+ when she started having back aches and lower belly aches. We came to the hospital when the came became unbearable for her. On getting to the hospital they said it was preterm labor. He checked with a speculum and said she had even dilated to as far as 4cm which is too early. The gynae said cervical cerclage is a no no as it may puncture the sac. She never gave any signs of needing it earlier in the pregnancy so it was not done.

My question is, what can be done. She's 21 weeks today, baby is doing fine but she's in and out of pain on a daily. She's currently on bed rest at the hospital getting Sabutamol drips, weekly and anti-biotics. Are there other suggestions please?. The private hospital is one of the best for Maternity care but some friends have been suggesting General Hospital. But a few others have also said there's nothing different General Hospital can do.

Lest I forget, she's on weekly Hydroxyprogesterone caproate injection.
Critical Issues are best handled in Gov. Hsp. than private sir. God be with you in every decision you take. I pray it ends with praise

Got to hsp, I told nurse to not check yet but she insisted that she must to know my condition, she checked and I was 6cm around to 10 and was fully dilated the second time she checked around 11pm. Na so she say, madam push when I feel strong contractions, the woman pour Goya oil into my jjna when I became fully dilated, so as I felt the thing and push eh, my princess slipped out ni o, with no tears at all.
They later discovered little tear inside and wanted to suture when I say no cos of my past experiences, I requested to be sidated, na so my soul left my body and started this marathon race to God knows where, but It Shaa came back to my body o. Alhamdulillah, was cleaned up and taken upstairs to hubby and baby. Couldn't touch or feel the baby till morning cos I couldn't control my limbs. Now, am here with my family though I've not been able to feed the baby cos milk hasn't come yet.
Thanks and pardon my gbagaun and epistles.
Team June cappo, BA and BS dropped by me. I hereby hang the boots ooo

Hmmm, Alhamdulillah! All thanks to God.
Though my edd was June but never expected to born to June cos my two previous deliveries were post dated.
The journey was really stressfree and smooth all thanks to God, though I really didn't rest through out cos I can't leave my shop for these girls, and from home to shop everyday was like ascending mountain HUD.
I started feeling some kind of tightening in my stomach from last month, complained at anc, they said it was just false contractions. It keeps going till this month and I never experience labour on my own. My first, I went to the hospital that I must birth that day and doctor did cervical swifting/sweeping, second I was induced.
So, yesterday morning, woke up well, it was raining and I decided to wash, wash till afternoon, after cleaning the house I went to shop. Was gisting with my neighbor when I noticed the cloud again, so I left my kids at the shop around 6:30, but on my way home, that was when I noticed the contraction. Till I got home, took my clothes in, sat down and started the timing, it was 7min interval.
I've seen this birth ball the people use online, I don't have so I improvise now, u know 🤦. I sat straight upright with hand on my lap and legs almost ed together on a cushion in the sitting room, I was rocking the chair like they do rock the ball and I did that for like 10min before hubby came back from mosque. Meanwhile ions now comes at 4min interval, we don't have a car and I wouldn't want to be begging neighbor to take me to hsp for labor. Honey let's go, I think it's time, man said are you sure, I think though

BS BS BS ( Part 3)

At Week 10, scan showed one of the twins has stopped growing at Week 7. Since then my heart always pound anytime I go for scan. As a result of this , I kept the pregnancy news to myself. None of my family knew including my mum who stayed with me I only told them after I was itted for 9 days to monitor my blood sugar so there was no way I couldn't tell them why I was in the hospital because they were scared . 10 days after I told my mum, she ed on.

The pregnancy was pretty easy, no nausea, no vomiting, no food nor smell adversion . The only thing was the bitter taste on my mouth .

From day 1, my consultant has stated I will deliver via CS due to age, so on Week 37 and 6 days I headed to the hospital but the teaching hospital was on strike so had to use a private hospital. The CS was pretty fast, within 5 mins I heard the cry of my baby , only the stitching took time .I was 45yrs, 3 month and 14 days old.

I was discharged 2 days later immediately it was certified my daughter didn't have jaundice.

Yesterday was her naming ceremony, indeed it was worth it and God is God .
A great testimony! May she always be source of happiness to you and your household

MY BIRTH STORY

I honestly do not know where to start but I hope I'll be able to make some sense at the end of this story tho.

I figured out I was pregnant in October when we travelled for a function in Lagos. And as a result of the challenges my husband and I were facing we agreed we wouldn't keep it. We had concluded we weren't ready for a second child and so.. I visited our doctor there for an abortion. It was successful (IMO) and when we returned to Abuja we carried on with our lives.

Fast forward to November, I didn't see my monthly visitor (he wasnt even in town so i wasn't sexually active) I went for a scan and I was Pregnant!!!! Okay... I accepted it in good fate.

Then in December my husband and I were having a discussion, he mentioned some of the issues he was currently facing with his car and inability to sell our house in Kuje. He needed money to fix the car so he could work and be able to cater for me and the kids. He wanted me to borrow some money from fairmoney for him and he'd pay back in February when the house is sold. I had concerns, first the money was a lot and the interest rate was high but he wasn't bothered. I proceeded and then wired it to his .

December 26th, I found out my husband was preparing to go settle down with someone else, A girl he had denied knowing. I was devastated. This was where my depression set in. I was suicidal from the 3rd month of this pregnancy till the 6th month. I somehow got a Job when I was 5 months gone but stopped 2 months later.

I wasn't feeding well, I couldn't concentrate, taking my routine tabs was an issue, Living was hard and all I wanted was Death. I would question God, why me? I would starve the whole day, I fed once a day Sometimes.. Nothing seemed interesting but my son.. He was always looking out for Mummy.

Third trimester, I was getting used to being strong. Everything else was going well till we arrived the month of May. I wanted to give birth at 37 weeks for some reasons. That week came, ed, nothing! So did 38 week to 40 weeks. I was becoming depressed all over again. How do I tell this baby that I had a ton of bills and responsibilities on my shoulders, remaining in my stomach wasn't helping at all.

I resolved to seeking measures to induce labour. I did the little I could, yet nothing happened. Sunday morning, I woke up crying. I was tired, and fed up. My mums caretaker had called to say he was out of Patience and won't be giving any more grace and my mum was already tired of having me and my son. I knew what she was going through and didn't want to keep staying at home and so I went to church with my son. I got back feeling better, 12pm contractions started. And because I was used to them I didn't take it seriously but it persisted till 3pm so I went to the hospital and pleaded with them to check me. They did, and I was 4cm dilated!

I was super excited! Little did I know it was going to be a longgggggggg ride.. I was alone, and in pains 🥺 till 7pm when my sister came then mum came later. Indeed not all pregnancies are same. Long story cut short, I gave birth around 3am after a long fight. It wasn't easy but we give Glory to God.

I've burnt my boots tho.. Safe delivery to every preggy mama! God will see y'all through
This is why some women fail to assist their husbands in difficult time. Anyways it's well with you and the kids. God shall always be your strength
