Borrussia:
In less than 24 hours, the regime of
President Goodluck Jonathan will be
done and dusted with the elected
one, Muhammadu Buhari sworn in to
take the reigns of power for the
next four years.

That will also signify the end of the
power control by the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), as the All
Progressive Congress (APC), will
control the center for the first time
since the advent of the fourth
republic.
In the six years that GEJ held sway,
there are lots to talk about,
positively or negatively, as many

Nigerians showed at the March 28
polls where he was voted out. Many
are not happy with the situation in
the country where poverty,
unemployment, insecurity,
decaying infrastructure, crime,
corruption and untold suffering
has been the order of the day.

For his ers, the President
did his best and are quick to point
out the reforms in agriculture,
education, railway and other
achievements they can count.

So the question is: What will you president Jonathan for?

He will be ed for being unable to unmask the cabals holding the country at ransom that are rearing their ugly head in Buhari's istration now

.... not fighting corruption...

...unable to fix at least 70% of the major economic problems facing the country...

...Pension Reform policy...

...Agricultural Reform Policy...

...For conceding defeat which is unusual with Nigerian Politicians

Well said! Some things are better left unsaid.

babyosisi:
What things should you keep

1. Things you know will shatter him emotionally
.for instance a woman,a friend's mom here was teaching me to cook native soup and told me some not so good things about my MIL,claiming she treated my FIL badly.I will be a fool to tell those things to my husband. The consequences will be far reaching so I will be taking that info, true or false to my grave.

2.Details of issues in your own birth family.
Believe me your hubby ain't telling you all of his
So don't go painting your siblings and parents in a terrible light. Some stories you must tell obviously but always leave some details that have to do with family integrity to yourself.Keep your parent's and family honor where necessary especially if you fear it may be used to taunt you as some immature men do.

3 your infidelity ..
This is a controversial one,I believe in faithfulness ,let me make that clear first of all.Women being emotional beings feel the guilt of infidelity more than men.It is wrong to cheat,I will not condone it and by Gods grace will never .However,if you happen to err as humans often do and are remorseful, repent and confess to your God and take that secret to your grave. Revealing it can be disastrous and will serve no purpose.Just go and sin no more .If you are a habitual cheat,of course you should seek divorce rather than living in deception.

mikeansy:

Thats not strategy, that's tactics! Tactics win you battles, strategy win you wars! You can win battles but loose the war!

Jonathan has lately been prosecuting the war against Boko Haram with the toughness and grace the problem deserves and I think he is doing just fine. Whoever he has been listening to lately he should keep listening to the person as far as BH is concerned.

You are perfectly correct and I am of the same school of thought with you. Ordering the release of wives and children wasn't a bad step if you ask me...

This is quite unprofessional and unethical to their profession if the information is real. Are they to blame this on GEJ God save Nigeria!

I think the two should be valued for greater efficiency at work place. IMHO

2013/2014 PTDF SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) is a parastatal of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources established by Decree 25 of 1973 for the purpose of developing and promoting petroleum technology and for creating the manpower needs of the oil and gas industry through research and training of Nigerians.

Our mission therefore is to train Nigerians to qualify as graduates, professionals, technicians and craftsmen in the field of engineering, geology, science and management in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria or abroad. We have a vision to serve not only as a vessel for the development of indigenous manpower and technology transfer/acquisition in the petroleum industry but also to make Nigeria a human resource centre for the West African sub-region.

To ensure a steadfast implementation of this mandate, PTDF is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for Overseas MSc and PhD Scholarships. Scholarships will be awarded for studies in the 2013/2014 academic session in the United Kingdom and (Grenoble INP) and upgraded Universities in Nigeria for the 2013/2014 session. However, the Undergraduate level will be awarded for studies in Nigeria only on subject areas listed below.

Application Forms can be accessed online at APPLICATION WEBSITE using an ATM card or through purchase of a scratch card from designated main branches of First Bank of Nigeria Plc in all the States and FCT, upon payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE sum of N1,000 (One Thousand Naira Only). Instructions on how to access the form online is clearly stated on the backside of the cards.

Applicants may please note that only those who meet the requirements below shall be shortlisted and invited for Electronic Aptitude Test, in the case of Master’s, while oral interview will be conducted for PhD (full time) on dates to be announced later. Following the aptitude tests and interview, the best qualified candidates will be selected and awarded the PTDF Scholarship.

PTDF however wishes to inform applicants that the Overseas Scholarship Scheme was instituted as a short term measure to address identified skills gaps, pending the outcome of the various capacity building efforts being made to enable our domestic universities effectively handle the onerous task of grooming qualitative professionals in the oil and gas related disciplines. With the numerous upgrade programmes executed by the Fund in some Federal Universities in Nigeria, emphasis has shifted to training Nigerians in-country. Consequently, only a limited number of candidates will be sponsored overseas and the rest in Nigerian Universities listed below.
