Congratulations to Nigeria & Burkina Faso for making it to the finals. Zambia should be proud, they lost out in the group of champions.

CAF tried to impose their will on this game, but they clearly failed. They wanted a Nigeria Vs Ghana final, but BF have caused an upset here. Congrats to Burkina Faso.

@OP and his fellow complainers, abeg shut up joor. Shey u went to school? Did your uni feed u, accomodate you, and pay u afterwards for coming to learn? Dangote's company has fed and housed you for 3 months in addition to teaching you very useful skills. They come even add 30k on top everything plus a job guarantee. When he knows fully well that you can just walk away with the 30k and the skills gained to go and work for another company. Which company does that? But I guess people must always be ungrateful. He could have had you take care of yourselves and then pay him for the training. Plenty of people would still have come for the programme.....SMH

Still scoreless? I expected the "almighty" Ivory Coast to be whipping Algeria by now.

Observation: The super eagles see this as an easy game but they are not taking the initiative. They are waiting for the Ethiopians to make a mistake and gift them a goal.

topmostg: guy tell your bro he needs at least 220 in jamb and at least 150 in pume for any engineering course. About the physics! I'd get back to you on that. Thanks Bro. He already has his O' level. I want him aiming for the merit list so I need to know the exact cut off marks. I know it will change, but I believe it won't increase or decrease much. I await your reply please. |

Very good. If you can play better than us, beat us genuinely. We will not complain. This referees just dey put fear for the boys' body. How can you be relaxed and creative when you know the ref is just looking for an excuse to send you off and award your opponent a penalty?

Hi guys, a brother of mine wants to choose Futminna in Jamb this year. Someone should please tell me last year's cut off marks for Electrical/Electronics engineering and physics/industrial physics.

Nigerians love to criticise Nigeria and everything Nigerian. If we were Zambians, by now we would be talking about how well the super eagles played and how lucky we were to escape with a point.

maclatunji: Ok. But if I am asked what the word opposite of "Reverse", I have to answer "Obverse" right?Correct, my guy. |
![]() |
Context of usage is very important here though. Obverse is only the opposite of reverse when u are referring to the two sides of a coin or any other two sided object. Front - Obverse, Back - Reverse. You can't say "obversing" is the opposite of "reversing" your car. www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obverse_and_reverse

Hmmm.......U've got a nice debate going here. Engineering has totally evolved from centuries ago when all machines where built by Mech. Engrs only, civil engineers built houses and bridges and so on. We are now at the age of collaboration. We design and produce small, medium and large systems that contain components from various aspects of Engineering: Cars, aircrafts etc. So don't worry if your course is the best engineering course. Just worry about being the best in that course so that when we are gonna produce the next big thing we'll be begging you to be part of the team.

ueskman:Lamlad's Maths is good. Just buy a good further maths textbook to cover the further maths aspects. There are dozens of English textbooks out there nowadays. Buy a good oral English textbook for the oral English part. To do well in the other aspects, u just need to read novels, newspapers, and learn new words daily. That way, you improve your powers of comprehension and your vocabulary. U can also try Lamlad's English. I dunno about Geo and Econs. Use your Jamb syllabus to analyse the usefulness of any textbook. Hope this helps. |
