That's what u should have done before giving him money...water under d bridge...
Now let's wait to see if d car dealer is not an accomplice. Cos if they are working together or if car dealer knows what Yusuf is upto then u r hoping for nothing
I just pray he is not part of the deal because if he is, the whole internet both all his friends on Facebook will come here and read what happened, I will send them private massages with pictures and link to see things for themselves, he sound honest so I just pray he is not part of the whole Scam

When did u know this?...last time I checked u said he is trying to scam u and u r still giving him till Monday to prove he is scamming u or not. Until u found this thread u have refused to say who scammed u, d monicker he used, phone number or anything, contrary to all d advise u have been given to expose d guy.
Another suspicious that might belong to Yusuf Adeiza Kabiru, yes I was skeptical because Yusuf is the worst scammer you can ever meet, he won't block you and he will always call giving you the impression that he is not a scam, if not for the man he gave me his number to help me secure a car, there is no way I will know he is the one.

Guy to the best of my knowledge that is a POS ... You can't even arrest the person because he/she is a business person who receives money from all kinds of institution unless if proven otherwise through investigations. So please stop destroying someone's business in the veil of trying to track or get a person that scammed you.

Had you been smart enough you should have known that it unwise to send money to unsolicited persons without having a good understanding of who they truly are. Even if you're to send money to anyone make sure it done to their personal bank . This is to say the uboma of a guy is smart and has gone as far as reporting the scammer to the right authorities reason why he has chosen to do banking transactions with a POS agent(s) or individuals he doesn't even know.

For the sake of next time ensure you pay money directly to client or customers for evidence paraventure things go sour.

Lastly, I'll advise you for the last time, from personal experience, aboy die this matter otherwise it will cause you setback and more pains and even more spending and valuable time.

And to all especially to drivers, please let's endeavor not to give our details to people we do not know to receive money most could be criminals whose (s) have been blocked for criminal reasons. A rider tells you please give me your for a trip of 1k, 3k, 4k or 5k and above and You receive a huge credit alert than anticipated my brother get that rider arrested by driving him to the closest police station with disguise you're going to an ATM.

Enough said on this topic.
Not me, you know nothing about me

The address on his Driver's License is fake.

I wrote to Guaranty Trust Bank to report the fraud case against Yusuf Adeiza Kabiru. Guaranty Trust Bank replied that his bank had been frozen following my report and their own investigation. Since then, Guaranty Trust Bank has failed to gimme update, I guess the restriction placed on his earlier has been lifted...

I guess the laws of Nigeria do not protect persons who have suffered from fraudulent activities.

Photos of Yusuf Adeiza Kabiru are now ed.
pleas the guy that his pictured appear with his kids has been calling me, he wants to speak with you concerning how his picture got there, I believe we can see him so that he can tell us everything he knows about Yusuf Adeiza Kabiru, pleas pay attention to this

Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!

First and foremost I will like to say to OP I like your courage and the fact that you are try to expose a scammer instead of covering him to save others from being scam as well unlike Uber11 who didn't want to post details of this deadly guy despite numerous advise to him even when it is clear the guy is a scam.

But @ uboma I can see you're an educated person and you've done well, though, your approach on this issue is not so good in the side of law because what you're doing now is called social/internet justice it won't give you the justice needed because even if somebody who know where this notorious guy lives runs unto this thread now and you you'll still need the police to get him arrested. Or are you planning of jungle justice? Off course not, So the best is report your case to the approapate authorities for proper action and don't take laws into your hand because that other man you posted his pictures and kids can sue you for deformation of character, though he may be an associate, partner or relative to the subject but so long a prosecutor can not establish any criminal, wrong doing or business transactions btw you and him? my brother the man can has a case against you o. That's just the gospel truth. So let's be smart and don't allow our anger to make us act otherwise with issues of life.

The reason the banks have or can not do anything to his is this, though you mentioned somewhere on how you've gone some undisclosed extent, if that include through the proper channel which is police with evidence by now the banks with a standing mandate from the court would've put a stamped on his and anywhere the guy tries to carryout any kind of banking transaction within the bank premises he'll be apprehended... Don't doubt this, it has worked for me... Crime was committed in delta state and the criminal was arrested in the far north and was brought down to warri... But mind you all those expenses is on you.

What am i trying to say? Get the police involved in this, probably you and uber11 should find a way to meet up then walk to a police station and get every detail stated and see how the NPF performs their wonders.

Nigeria police sabi work oh don't mind them ooh na just bad government dey make dem unserious.

Lastly, if know you don't have time and money to follow up this case just forget about it and move on because paraventure you run into this guy one day you'll still need the help of the police to arrest him and even if he agrees to pay mind you police will collect about 10-20%(forgotten the actual fig now) of the recovered amount this doesn't not include the money you've spent oh but should the matter get to court the criminal in question stands just two chance;
1) he either pays if found guilty in installment,
2) serve a jail term.

He also has the chance of out of court settlement as well...

So which among this is your motive, to get your money back or make him pay by going to jail... In my own case I made sure I made the guy pay by going to jail... The money at the time was inconsequential.

So think about these things. Try and get more advise from a lawyer and a good and experience police officer as well.

Good luck to you all on any decision you take.

Modify:
I strongly doubt or better still I will say I wouldn't know if you've reported this case to the right channel reason is this @ uber11 through which channel did the scammer guy get the money you sent to him, via proxy by the car dealer or via one of the aforementioned bank details? One thing is is annoying in your own @Uber11 is you're not even giving any detail about this guy instead you're just covering him up. May God help you shall.
