I don't think you have a biological understanding of what surrogacy constitutes.

What surrogacy means is that the woman donates her eggs while the man donates his sperm which will be used to form what is called an "embryo", and it will then be transferred into the uterus of another woman who must have been medically certified to have a competent womb to carry the fetuses to term and deliver.

Go to anywhere in the world and do any form of biological test, results will definitely show the real owners of the children.

Tell me if the eggs and sperm used in the formation of the babies belong to her and her partner, who do those babies belong to?
