I suspected as much, the guy was on the verge of scamming someone but it failed because the person needed to see the product, he was planing to scam whosoever pays before delivery and this is why so many people are scared of paying before delivery here because of scammers like that guy.

One thing with scammers like him is soon he will change format with same product or another, scammers often exploit our greed and urgency.
