Typically Manufacturer "buy-back" a car when it displays the same fault frequently under the Lemon law. It SUPPOSED to be fixed before finally selling it, which i am ASSUMING in this case. The probability of that same problem that caused the buyback to return is minimal.

Although Chrysler-Jeep products are not my particular cup of tea, (especially in Nigeria setting) but different strokes for different folks. If you like the car, i say buy it.
