oyebanji44: Ordinary $6 million is what a whole Kaduna cannot raise within a year or two. It's laudable they're building rail and BRT, it's pathetic borrowing is seen as a norm in a country where wastage of public resources is the norm. Even the borrowing Lagos did, they can raise that money internally within a few years. But borrowed money is like stolen waters, always sweet in the mouth of the thieves. Until the next generation start battling the problems of the past compounded with the challenges of the future. |

UncleAyo: All these things you mentioned are laudable but it will take a government that thinks, plans and executes to do those We only had a set of leaders like that in the first republic. |

BanyXchi: They sometimes think it's because of APC. I've been fighting APC tooth and nail on this forum but that doesn't mean that Southeasterners are not troubled by "I better you" syndrome. They like reveling in being better than other people and any indices that suggests otherwise, they'd fight tooth and nail. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Moh247: Tinubu is too old to do anything now compared to what he would have done in the early days. His handlers are just vultures and profiteers who know that the man needs rest but for their selfish purpose keep marketing him. He wants to je called "president". That's all he wants. But the vultures around him wants to enjoy what Yussuf, Kyari, Bashir Ahmed, Tunde etc enjoyed in Buhari's time. That's why they're dangerous. A new cabal is coming if Tinubu becomes president. This new cabal would be more dangerous than the one of Buhari's time because those who would make up the cabal are more educated than those in Buhari's clan. May God save Nigeria. |

BOLATINUBU01: President of zombies.....of course. He won't be Nigeria's president though. Nigeria is on her pathway to progress and nether Tinubu nor his gang of sophisticated zombies will stop Nigeria. The truly sophisticated people in Nigeria will stop Tinubu by their votes come 2023. |

Jack500: A typical zombie's response. Counter what he said. If you're sure, affirm that the most greedy set of politicians in Nigeria today are not in APC. Tinubu wouldn't win. Just so you know. The odds will work against his presidency. 3 Likes 1 Share |

God1000: Leave the private schools including the Technical University. It's for the few people that can afford them. Despite the number of universities in Oyo State, do you know how many students their UTME and couldn't gain ission every year? We need more universities though (heavily funded with heavy funding for the existing ones). The problem is, does our economy provide enough jobs for the average Nigerian graduate? |

samwash: How many scholarship do they offer for home students to start with? Majority of us would have stayed back in Nigeria after graduation if there were scholarships to further but where will you see it? Even if those foreign students come with their money, what will they meet? ASUU strike? Unstable electricity on campus? Cultism? Armed robbery? It's well with Nigeria. The country will be free one day. |

UnusualEmissary: Nailed it bro Guys don't have much problem once you know how to present yourself and carry yourself with air of respect (not pride Sha). I had some men in there 40s while I was in my early 20s on campus. We call some of them by their names but you'll see the signs of respect there. Do you interfere whenever they converse? Do you joke unnecessarily with them? Do you taunt females with them? What kind of communication do you have with them? 2 Likes |

What worries me is that everyone is seeing what is happening with 2023 election and Nigerians are quiet.... APC is making it more difficult to live by the day and yet, a lot of people are still ing them for 2023. If this is some kind of spell on Nigerians, it'll fail before the election. God will disappoint all the detractors of Nigeria. 1 Like |

See trains..... And that's not an entire country neither was there noises about the new trains... It is the new policies that made us know the kind of trains they're using. What's the greatest thing Nigeria built since 1999, national trains, funded by the FG with borrowed money from China. Ordinary people cannot even use the trains. A time is coming in Nigeria, when state governments will embark on massive projects of a greater magnitude and there won't be a noise, borrowing or hullabaloo about it. But first, these set of corrupt leadership must go. |

udofia234: If it means embarrassing her, please do. It's all about saving yourself first, not saving her face. Let your body language speak first by withdrawing when she moves closer, if she doesn get it, calmly tell her "I actually don't feel comfortable by too much physical closeness. I'm sorry if this sounds embarrassing to you". Simple as that. |

Ttalk: Don't you get afraid of the government favouring the north over the south. It has always been so in Nigeria's history and sometimes, it looks like vengeance is being meted on northern Nigeria considering what is happening. The only reason we can't call it vengeance is that innocent people are the ones suffering. The governors and presidents think development comes by merely building roads, bridges and school. But that's incorrect. Development comes when there is security. After which people are interested in settling down to carry out business. Then you enforce massive education. At that point, building infrastructure will make sense. But at the rate they're going, they'll just keep building infrasture that'll be wasting. When HDI and security are low, there can never be development. 1 Like |

UnusualEmissary: What are you saying? Did schools in Oyo State start singing carols when Seyi Makinde came in? Has there ever been anyone forcing students to sing Christmas carol? Most Christmas carols in Oyo State schools are organised by their school fellowships which is totally voluntary except in Church owned schools. Even in those church own schools, they don't force anyone. The f*olish professor will soon get tired because a lot of people in Oyo State are tired religion without results. They'd rather do the three religions together to get what they want rather than shouting and shouting in the name of religion while they go hungry. 14 Likes 1 Share |

They can say that for as many times as they want. But one thing is certain, at 23, Mbappe reach world cup finals twice. That's not something easily dismissive. There are not many Mbappe in recent times. So the guy must be acknowledged. Messi is great but Messi is not the overall standard for everything football. 15 Likes 1 Share |

NwaMamaIwota: The guy has even busied himself with the training facilities at Real Madrid, the same club people he "fought" If you want to learn anything about building a career through hardwork, sense of self-worth, consistency and resilience, Ronaldo is the man to learn from. Messi is highly talented, in fact more than Ronaldo. But an average person cannot learn Messi because Messi operates by talent. You se Ronaldo, he's an example of zeal. Any average person that has zeal and ion can walk shoulder-to-shoulder with the highly talented. That's why I love and rate Ronaldo above Messi. 5 Likes |

fuckJones: Buhari was one of those who dragged Nigeria backwards during military rule. That he worked on SOME of those projects now doesn't negate the fact that Nigeria has been traveling in reverse since he came in. Imagine Nigeria still executing projects conceived since 90s while Saudi (who started at around the same time as Nigeria) is already building a project of 100 years to come. APC know how to build a road and starve those that'll work the road. PDP on the other hand are prodigal children. We want neither of them. |
