Seriously some girls can really be mean. I was in a fast food restaurant and a guy came in with a girl on a date.
They sat down and ordered food (half chicken with chips and salad 2 plates which cost N3,500 each.
The boy ate his meal wells and finished his chicken real good, but guess what the girl did not even eat up to half of the chicken and she said she was okay.
When they were about leaving I was thinking the girl would at least ask for a take away pack so you goes with the chicken because it was big ooo. But she just called the waiter and asked them to clear the table.
I could feel the pain in the guys face but obviously he had to hold himself so he paid and they just left.

The orphanage where 4 year old girl Elo Ogidi was found has been shut down by the Edo State Government.
God’s Own Orphanage in Benin was shut by the Edo State Government, following the discovery of a missing Elo Ogidi.
This was made known in a statement by the Special Adviser to Governor Godwin Obaseki on Media and Communication Strategy, Crusoe Osagie, on Friday.
According to the statement, three other children were found without proper documentation during a visit by officials from the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development to the facility.
Elo was reported to have been stolen during a church service she attended with her parents at the Christ Embassy in Oregun, Lagos, in July but was found at the orphanage on August 24.
The proprietress of the facility located in the Siluko area of Benin, one Mrs. Kehinde Imarigbe, had later been arrested and detained by the state police command.
Imarigbe, who was paraded on Tuesday, had alleged that the little girl was brought to her orphanage on July 8 by one Mr. Chukwuma, who she said claimed to be her (Elo) father.
She had also claimed that her centre was ed by the ministry and had been in operation for four years with 15 children.
But the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Magdalene Ohenhen, said that the management of the children’s home did not follow due process in itting Elo into the centre.
Ohenhen, however, noted that the remaining children at the orphanage would be moved to a safer centre.
She also said that the children would be placed under the care of the state government, pending when the investigation on the activities of the home was concluded.
The t ission and Matriculation Board, (JAMB) has said 24,148 candidates have gained ission into various higher institutions in Nigeria as at August 29.
The JAMB Registrar, Ishaq Oloyede, also dismissed as ‘baseless’ agitations in some quarters that registration fee for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination candidates should be reduced.
About 1,662,762 candidates wrote the 2018 UTME between March 9 and 19.
The spokesperson of the board, Fabian Benjamin, provided information on the itted candidates in a phone interview with TIMES Wednesday.
Also according to the reports by Vanguard and a few other dailies, Mr Oloyede told journalists in Abuja after a computer-based promotion exam for JAMB’s staff, that the agency’s fee is one of the lowest in the world.
According to him, JAMB sold its UTME application form for N5,000 while it remitted N7.8 billion to the Federal Government at the end of the examinations.
“Why are they not asking WAEC (to reduce fee)? Why are they not asking NECO? Why are they not asking NABTEB? Why JAMB? We charge the least and you are saying reduce. The issue is because we have a means of managing the resources properly and we now have what you can call surplus and because we are open enough to return the surplus to the government, you now say we should crash the cost,” he said.
He said the exam body would only follow a directive ”from the appropriate quarters on the cost of UTME”.
“What should be the basis of crashing the cost assuming the method we are using now is no longer available and we have to use the old method,” Mr Oloyede said.
“If the government feels we should adjust, we will adjust and not as a result of unqualified, baseless requests,” Mr Oloyede said.
On the staff promotion exam, the registrar said the exercise was to ensure the board’s readiness to always conduct seamless examinations.
He said the new software used in the exam which cost N6 million will now be deployed for third party clients exams ”to avoid issues that trailed the ones conducted for Police Service Commission (PSC).
“One of the last ones we did is the PSC and we saw that because we are trying to save money, some mischievous people wanted to embarrass us.
“The software we were using before has some inbuilt mechanism that it must carry 180 questions that if not complete it will not move. So you can tell people to write exam from question 1 to 120 but don’t do anything below.
”In such an instance, some mischievous people decided to see what is below and started saying they were setting Arabic and so on. We saw that was capable of generating unnecessary ill-feelings,” Mr Oloyede said.

Vasaratti16: Resident Evil 7
Regardless of the "7" in its title, you truly don't need to have played any past Resident Evil games to comprehend what the undead bargain is. Occupant Evil 7 separations itself from the portions that preceded in almost every way comprehensible: the camera viewpoint is first-individual (past games ed a third-individual camera); it's story is negligible (prior ages got a bit hindered in their own legend), and the setting—a forsaken house in the Louisiana swamps—is about as various as you can get. It's an entire reboot, and was a colossal achievement. It was the cutting edge Resi that fans needed.
Goodness, and, it's frightening as hellfire. You may think this is a given with a progression of games called Resident Evil, but the last couple of cycles have been definitely not – swerving towards a more activity substantial yield restricted to its unpleasant, claustrophobic beginnings. But in Resident Evil 7, you play as Ethan Winters. He's a normal fella and certainly NOT an undulating bicep machine, super smooth government operative or renegade trooper professional. This makes the game feel similarly as it should – like, if an undead creature moans towards you, you're in an ideal situation attempting to escape and make due than endeavoring to assault it.
The game is a masterclass in delivering fear. Everything from the sound plan overflowing with moaning, creaky wood planks and rooms overwhelmed in shadow is worked to collect one particular response: Oh, damnation no. They make the things that occur in your mind as critical as what's occurring on-screen.

The lawmaker representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Senator Dino Melaye, has said contrary to the kidnap reports, the gunmen who attacked his vehicle on his way to Kogi State on Thursday wanted to kill him.
He alleged that his attackers were policemen.
Melaye, who briefed journalists in Abuja on Sunday, said he escaped the alleged assassination attempt around Gwagwalada along the Abuja-Lokoja Road on his way to attend a court case in Lokoja, the state capital.
Melaye said he ran into the bush and hid on a tree for 11 hours.
The lawmaker explained that he left Abuja in the early morning of Thursday for Lokoja and observed that a Toyota Sienna car was trailing him. He said the car overtook his car, blocked his way and the occupants started to shoot at his vehicle.
The lawmaker, who defected from the All Progressives Congress to the Peoples Democratic Party on Tuesday, said when the suspected assassins realised that his vehicle was bulletproof, they attempted to burn it.
Melaye said, “When I realised that they wanted to burn my vehicle, I quickly opened the car and ran into the bush. I had to run for my life. It was the grace of God that made me to escape. When I got into the bush, I climbed a tree and stayed there. While on the tree, I saw two of the policemen coming to look for me, but they didn’t know I was on the tree. I was in the bush for 11 hours.
“My brother that was in one of the vehicles didn’t know what happened, so he had to raise the alarm that I was kidnapped. He went to the Gwagwalada police station and reported the matter.”

On Monday 28th May, 2018, some of the dreaded Boko Haram sect who surrendered to the Nigerian army, were presented by the commander of Operation Lafiya Dole, Maj.-Gen. Rogers Nicholas in Maiduguri, Borno State.
The Seventeen suspected Boko Haram on Monday, said they surrendered to the Nigerian military due to the federal government’s pledge to offer them amnesty. One of them, Ahmed Alhassan, disclosed this when Majo General Rogers Nicholas, paraded them at Theartre Commander of Operation Dole in Maiduguri.
He said they heard President Buhari’s appeal through the radio at their camp known as “Marcas of Nguma” at the shores of Lake Chad region.
“We have been contemplating to surrender ourselves after we realised that we were being recruited into false movement. What pulled us back was the fear of being caught and killed by either our or the military.
“But after the announcement by President Muhammadu Buhari on granting amnesty to those who surrender, drop their arms and accept peace, we decided to defy all the fear and eventually came out.
“We also made up our minds to sacrifice our lives in a bid to secure freedom, knowing fully that God will forgive us for attempting to embrace peace and stop the killings,’’ he said.
According to the suspect, he was forcefully initiated by the Mamman Nur’s faction after the insurgents stormed their town in Munguno four years ago.
“They gathered all of us and selected some of us, which they said we shall be working for the cause of God. Those who refused were eventually killed.
“Many have been conscripted and recruited, some have spent one and half, some two and some of us have spent four years,” he said.
The former Boko Haram member who commended the military for treating them with respect and dignity, urged other to embrace the Federal Government’s peace avenue to surrender.
“We eat the best of food and sleep in a conductive atmosphere. We are also allowed to interact with some our colleagues. They listen to us and share our pain,“ he said.
Mustapha Umar, another suspect, who claimed to be from Abubakar Shekau’s faction, said he had worked as a commanding officer for the group for about three years. Mr Umar said he laid his arms because he was tired of the atrocities being committed under the guise of fighting for the religion of Islam
“We realised that the group was serving the course of the devil by committing all forms of atrocities. There was a lot of hardship in the camps. Many have been killed by one form of disease or the other.
“I am happy to be out here. The military have been treating us very humanly and I want to ask for forgiveness for all the pain I may have inflicted on the people while fighting for the baseless course,’’ he said.
Eyes Of Lagos report that, Argentina ex-international, Hernán Jorge Crespo, on Saturday in Lagos said that he was delighted to be in Nigeria for the first time as a guest of the Heineken Group. Crespo along with Nigeria’s ex-internationals — Taribo West, Augustine Eguavon, Mutiu Adepoju and Samson Siasia — were invited by Heineken for an interactive session with journalists in Lagos. Crespo attributed the success of his over 18 years football career to respect for others which, he said, was one of the fundamental values of life. “As a young player, I love the game of football but one fundamental thing I learnt along the way was respect for the game, my team mates and fans of football. “As I grew older in football, I also learnt that it was very important to respect my opponents as well; indeed, it has been a worthwhile experience for me. “I am in Nigeria because I want to have the opportunity to meet people, to my ion and most importantly Heineken and their vision for the UEFA Champions League,’’ he said. Crespo said he would never forget playing against Nigeria’s ex-internationals, especially against hard tackling Taribo West and Celestine Babayaro, who were his team mates at Inter Milan and Chelsea, respectively. “In my career I met a lot of players I had respect for and I would never forget players like West, Babayaro, Emmanuel Amuneke, Daniel Amokachi, Sunday Oliseh and Geoge Finidi. “However I think the greatest player so far in Nigeria was Austin Okocha,’’ he said. Similarly, his counterparts from Nigeria, West, Siasia, Eguaveon, Adepoju, eulogized Crespo’s perfection and credibility as a great football legend and appreciated his coming to Nigeria.
I have been scrolling up and down looking for Crespo's picture in Nigeria with Heineken bottle..

Reports coming out of various sources close to the camp of the Super Eagles of Nigeria suggest that Kelechi Nwakali has been added to the World Cup squad of Nigeria for the 2018 showpiece in Russia.
Nwakali according to unconfirmed reports will train with the squad as a means of aiding his development and not necessarily for him to break into the World Cup team as he is not in the 30 man provisional list for the World Cup.
Unconfirmed reports has it that his display against Atletico Madrid prompted coach Gernot Rohr to add him to his squad as part of the process of integrating him into the team for their post World Cup commitments.
Rohr was impressed with the technique Nwakali used in scoring one of the two goals for Nigeria and above all his ing range during the entire duration of the game which ended 2-3 in favour of Atletico Madrid.
He can only be part of the team if one of the players in the provisional list picks up an injury ruling him out of the World Cup before the start of the tournament in June.

Senator Dino Melaye, on Monday afternoon, released a lengthy statement detailing how he was arrested by over 200 policemen and attacked by the Federal Government.
Melaye revealed that he was pounced on by the government for speaking the truth and demanding ability. He also thanked the Nigerian people for standing by him, he praised the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, describing him as a man with a vision for Nigeria.
PoliticsNGR obtained the statement. Read it below;
"1. Someone once said, that, rock bottom is good solid ground and a dead-end street is just a place to turn around. In the last few weeks, I have been taken to the good solid ground at the rock bottom and they couldn’t go further. I have been brought to the dead-end street but with you standing by my side, I have turned around and bounced back to the chagrin of those who sought to seal my lips from speaking out against tyranny, politics of oppression and blackmail. They, unleashed an endless barrage of physical, psychological, metaphysical and emotional torture and assault on me, but, through the power of the Most High, and you the good people of Nigeria, we have once again, seen the triumph of truth over lies and good over evil.
2. It was Edmund Burke who was quoted as saying that when bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, … in a contemptible struggle. I am of all men, a blessed man, to have courageous and dependable people like you as my fellow soldiers in the struggle to free us from the shackles of political strongholds and tyranny. It is to you and my most wonderful and ever knowledgeable people of Kogi State, especially Kogi West, that I owe my deepest gratitude. You stood by me against the state and your own ‘best political self-interest’.
3. The state unleashed its raw power on me and released a 200 man-strong fully armed policemen - on a man without a knife nor a bullet. It did this because I called injustice by its name and called for ability. For this they sought to break my spirit and destroy me permanently. In their moment of reign, I was fully shackled. With my hands tied to my back, and hurled into a dark solitary confinement waiting for the butchers knife, you, my people stood by me. You came against a raging fire and stood up against tyranny, lies, filthy lucre, injustice, persecution and greed. While in the dark and unable to fight for myself, they sought to take my mandate, which you had freely given to me. But you answered back and quenched deceit in its wake. You stood resolute and unflinching and defended your mandate to me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. In their attempt to break me, they have made me stronger.
4. To you my indefatigable leaders; my irremovable President of the Senate, a man of immeasurable vision for Nigeria and true fighter for the enthronement of true democracy and the rule of law, Sen. (Dr.) Abubakar Bukola Saraki. The fearless Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, I thank you both for your steadfastness in the defence of the Nigerian Constitution and the enthronement of the Rule of Law, justice and equity and the emasculation of anti-democratic forces and tyranny everywhere in Nigeria. I am eternally grateful to you.
5. To the entire National Assembly hip, especially my colleagues in the Senate, I am eternally indebted to you for not playing politics but standing courageously against oppression and terror. You have shown yourself leaders on whom Nigeria’s hope for tomorrow can be assured.
6. To you our governors, ministers, my dear Okun people and leaders, the National Chairman and Kogi State Executive of the PDP, leaders of the Diplomatic Corps, opinion leaders, Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN, Chief Ricky Tarfa SAN, human rights lawyers and activists, and all my well-wishers and lovers of democracy in Nigeria; the Christian and Muslim Community, all of you that visited me in the National Hospital, after I was injured and subsequently detained at the hospital. I thank you all for your steadfastness in the defence of due process and the rule of law. I also thank you for your courage and solidarity.
7. Our ever foresighted and courageous civil society leadership, the media, leaders of thought across the country, our hard-working youth for whom I will give my last blood, our loving mothers and sisters, I lack words to express to you my profound gratitude for the unbreakable chord of love that binds me to you through thick and thin. You have strengthened my resolve and hardened my flesh against those who seek to devour and make meat of me. You have once again proven to me the axiom in the saying that “in prosperity, our friends know us; in adversity, we know our friends." I am very grateful. For your sake, I remain unbowed.
8. I know many of you worry about my safety and life in this new dispensation where life is no longer sacred in Nigeria. But do not be troubled. My bond of love for you, my good people, makes it impossible for me to consider my self-risk, safety, comfort or opportunity in my unflinching commitment to stand up for you, to stand up for truth and if necessary die for the truth and the emancipation of our people from the chains of poverty and oppression. Though they raise spurious allegations against me, bear false witness against me, though they seek to frighten me and lure me into their bounty of evil, I will fear no foe.
9. Yes, my traducers and torturers wish that I keep quiet; though they seek to seal my lips, to silence my voice forever, I remain ever more resolute and committed. I am committed to this cause for which I am a politician; the cause of the down trodden, to speak truth to power and stand against oppression and injustice. On these issues there will be no compromise. I owe no apologies and I tender none.
10. Like I have always said, you speak the truth, you die, you don’t speak the truth, you die. I have chosen to speak the truth, dead or alive. Rev. Martin Luther King Jnr., once said, “Cowardice asks the question - is it safe? Expediency asks the question - is it politics? Vanity asks the question - is it popular? But conscience asks the question - is it right? And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular; but one must take it because it is right.”
11. To my people, I promise you this and this only. I have taken my position, I will not hold back, I will not hold my peace, I will not be shut down, neither will I shut-up, not as long as injustice and falsehood continues to reign, as long as I will live, I will not bow to Baal.
12. May the Almighty continue to keep you all and be your bulwark until victory is assured. Once again, I thank you all so much.

How To Prepare NON-STICKY Garri or Eba
STEPS
1) Boil Water in a Kettle or Pot (Make Sure it boils very well)
2) Measure the amount of Garri you want to prepare into a bowl (make sure the bowl is big enough)
3) (Now Very Important) Pour the hot water in the Garri (a substantial amount but not excess). Now ''DO NOTHING!''. I mean do not shake, turn, steer or touch the Garri. Just leave it without covering for 7 to 10mins....you may cover it with something like a Sieve that can let the heat through.
4) After about 7-10 minutes, start steering from the edges of the bowl. If there are parts water did not touch, then add more water and when you steer for about a minute, then leave the heat to go out for about 2 minutes again.
5) After the second time you left it to cool off, then go ahead to steer properly and it will definitely not be sticky.
6) You can still rally it round the bowl by holding the bowl up and moving it vigorously in a circular form until the Garri gets a very smooth appearance.
