These fields are all under biology. Only the research approaches that make the difference of name. But bioinformatics is theoretical and well sorted. Dont misunderstand me, I hardly know anyone who got a job in this field who doesnt have a good command of German language.

I would advise you to choose any. then study real hard , make a 1.0 to a 2.0 grade. This is the Nigeria first class equivalent, then get a PhD position. Or spend half of your time learning German, and whatever grade your come out with, since your have a minimum German level of a b2 , you are more employable than a distinction without german language

Yes I studied in German. .it is easy to find out just trace the trend 5- 6 years backward. I'm still using the name.

Msc Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, biotechnology , immunology.

Med lab tech is gotten from college of health technology, while OND is from polytechnic.

Your Diploma in MLT will get you ission into Mls, and the duration will be 4 years.

Hello Doc,
I have been having severe pain in the eye, and headache after a long time use of gadgets with electronic light.
Whenever I start using a gadgets, with time my vision start getting blurr, and I thereby continue to strain my eye leading to pains and headache.

When I formally visited a hospital, they diagnosed me of short sightedness , but in the process of doing refraction, I couldn't focus and I started having headache. The nurse went to tell the doctor, so he asked Me to go for autoref.
After the autoref, and some refr test, they concluded I have astigmatism.

They said they can only give me glass no drugs

Me I don't want to use glass oo, my eyeball is big before, dont want it to become bigger
pls i want you to have a second look at the results maybe you can give another prognosis.

maybe eye drop and drug fit do the job.

I was born and bred in Ilorin, I become political conscious since the time of lawal( kwara gov 1999-2003). I am familiar with the Sarakis ( Father, Gbemi , and bukky).

With my little knowledge of politics , I know Bukola have no plans for Nigeria. Throughout is tenure in kwara state, I know is relationship with workers. The only project he can boast of after 8 years in office, is Post Office dipliated bridge ( a Bride he borrow million of dollars for, and we are still paying for the loan he collected 8 years ago). Since the time of democracy, some state roads like road to kaima has not being tarred before. Saraki I know , does not have the love of the masses in mind. Ask any unbiased Kwaran and you will run after the lamentations he would have given you.

I am not a politician, neither is any of my family , I get no benefit if any politician is elected into power. I politician for there works and deeds. Am not partisan. If Nigeria thinks Bukola is the Messiah you are expecting, then you have a long way to go.

Men are in sizes,
All men are born equal but not all man are equal.
There is a difference between equity and equality.
Even among men, we are not equal, we have Alpha male and co. Even twins given birth to the same day, differs a lot, they are not equal. Equality (The same in all respect), no human is the same. I believe what we need irrespective of our gender is equity(fairness, given same opportunity, justice, impartiality e.t.c.)

I and my siblings are not equal ( irrespective of our genders, ) cos we are not the same and can't be the same. But our guardians allows equity among us, there is no impartiality.

Every one should be accorded with same level of respect and be rewarded accordingly.


With the issue of bus pushing I can't be travelling in a bus with my family, and the bus should break down , then i should be expecting my mum and sisters to be pushing with us when my brothers and Dad are present there.
Likewise my sisters and mum can't be at home, and they should be expecting us to cook.
Nature has shared these responsibilities for us, what we just need is fairness. I assist my sisters in kitchen when there is need, and they might help in bushing broken down buses if need be. No injustice , no cheating and no clamour for gender equality.

Nothing will happen to the Doctor. He isn't wrong. Some people need iron hand. When she the water splash, and the fact that no justice was metted out, then she will adjust herself properly. The nurse is ill mannered and callous and the patient being dressed must have kicked some water on her face. It is the ugly nurses duty to dress a wound, yet the Doctor was doing it due to her ineptitude, yet she still chooses to be a nuisance.

WHAT THE LAW STIPULATES ON THE PRACTICE OF
MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE IN NIGERIA
A practitioner of the profession of Medical
Laboratory Science shall be one ed and
licensed by the Medical Laboratory Science
Council of Nigeria to practice as such as
stipulated in Act 11 of 2003 i.e. a ed and
licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist.
Such a practitioner shall obtain a license to
practice from the Council latest 31st day of
March each year.






When you speak of medical research, it is like a workshop which entails different professionals like pharmacologist, Microbiologist, virologists e.t.c. But any laboratory that involves a patient clinical investigation, it is been manned by medical Lab scientists. Because there is no room for error, and they have been certified. In the advent of malpractice, there license can be revoked and they will be made to face necessary disciplinary committee.

Another fake Medical laboratory Scientist without license from the Medical Lab Science Council (MLSCN). The council must step up and ensure that this one also goes to jail.

They are the usurpers and fake charlatans that make some morons insult the honourable profession.

I think the fault lies with the council, ( who have relented in there duty of clamping down unaccredited laboratory).

And the Fault also lies with some laboratory Scientists, because of 250k per month some scientists will give unqualified personnel there license to open labs. I know of so many lab manned by unqualified personnel, especially ppl from SLT, but uses license gotten from Medical Scientists.

a student making a at a lecturer is her own business- the issue is the abuse of power ! If a student makes a at a lecturer - you simply say no and ban any one on one with the student - simple ! Let me paint a picture, if a lecturer is accustomed to females seducing him for marks every session, and there is now a low turn out of seducers a particular session, he has tasted the forbidden fruits and he will want more. He will see female students as his entitlement and start forcing them.


Go and check out all those Prof that are forcing students, they all starred from being seduced by female students for mark and being approached by male for sorting. And they later grow in the ministry.


I believe the University system should be well checked and monitored. Lecturer's power should be checkmate.
