In all honesty, i think most Nigerian graduates are trying. While we have some grads that can not say one or two things about their course of study, some take pain to read, do assignments, go for lectures and even do presentations despite the hostile/ unfriendly environments. No foreign student can go through our system of learning here and survive! not to talk of making a third class. I think we are actually utilizing the best being impacted on us by our lecturers. It is a known fact that you cant teach what you dont know. So it is the little that our lecturers know cum their exposure to the outside world (if any) that they will deliver. Biologically, when energy moves from one level to another in an energy pyramid, certain percentage of it is trapped, in the same vein, it is not all they (the lecturers) know that we the students assimilate from them, hence we go to the library to read an edition that is 3-4 times behind the latest edition. Yet some of us still make do of what we have learnt. I strongly think that if we are in a stable, conducive and comfortable learning environment, the so called British or American students can not stand our brains. We learn in a hard way here. Imagine 600 students in a class, what do you expect? Despite the fact that some of us did not have the opportunity of attending any private institution at all we still make something good out of the public schools we attended. So asking that '' are Nigerian graduates really graduates'' i think it is subjective. Regards. |

In all honesty, why i will not criticise papa202000, is because i belive every person has his or her own view to any particular discussion, but i will want to state categorically that some md's are not making life easy for graduates while some graduates are not helping matters too. Not only tony elumelu made a third class in the banking sector, there are 2 or more md's that made third class too. But they forget easily how they started even though life was adaptable then. compare to now that those working even can hardly fend for themselves not to talk of assisting the jobless ones. i think the sector should decentralize the opportunity by giving everybody a plane field of testing their abilities rather than believing in the certificate. while some people (ladies) deserved the results, some were able to sleep there way through. and i personally believe that the certificate is not the true representation of one's intelligence and so many factors could contribute to someone not making a 2-1 or draw. In peroration, our undergraduates should be conscentized on the importance of making a good grade and not to be lackadaisical towards their programmes so as to not only avert the descriminations from these so called mds but to also contribute into making Nigeria a better place for all. the fourth stage i think she will be interviewed by the assistant MD, and lastly by the MD, tell him or her to be honest and show a sense of integrity, he or she should be smart, innovative and creative. above all pray. the amd and md are not around for now. may be by next wk. then it depends on the position the applicant is applying for.

All d contributors had spoken well. In as much as i believe in respecting other people's opinions, i will also want to state categorically clear that, its d circumstances that determines whether abortion is good or bad. By virtue of religion, its bad. But if its by avoiding social vices, i think its good. Cos most of d guys unleashing terror in our society today are resultant effect of unwanted pregnancy that could have been aborted. So i think it will be better, if d doer of d act faces his or her warrant with God alone, than making d society unbearable for all. Afterall no son of man flourishes ina war zone. Flush out unwanted pregnancy so dat u can have rest of mind and d people will be able to sleep with their eyes closed later. But if u r doing it out of share waywardness, nemesis shall catch up with ya one day.

I think kettle shld not be calling pot black. We r both guilty of this offence. Thou ladies are more liable, reason being that guys needs to woo a lady, form being nice, part with some dough most times before d lady can give in, of which some will even not, despite d investments (bad market). But a lady can give a guy d green light and in a matter of 4 days or less, and she would accomplish her mission, which at times might just be for her to have a fair share of d guy or just 4 d fun of it. So believe ladies are liable 2 cheat dan d guys. However, infidelity is a societal malady na only God can save us. After all, who r d guys doing it with? No be babes, and 4 d babes, no be guys, so all of ur are guilty. Q.E.D!

These 2 info are very vital in a relationship except if u dont have a taste or u r just looking 4 a prey. Anyway like crazykid has said good luck and have a happy hunting. |
