Just thinking, do we have any rule in Nigeria that prevent companies from share buyback?

What we see around here is share reconstruction...whenever companies have messed up with large shares outstanding.

My Oga, Partly because of the merger but mainly because they must do a counter rally with against vono to have a favourable share exchange ratio, since Vono has been gaining since the merger announcement. Vitafoam is 47% equity holder in Vono before now.
