don't know if your cas has the samething but the latest date u are allowed to enter should be communicated to you. For instance, my school expects me to resume by Sept 19th, (I know classes officially starts in sometime around 28 of September) but school states I'm allowed to enter till 10th of October before its considered too late

Hello please, what would happen is one does not come for enrollment?

Enrollment is sept19. But flight fares around that date has surged by 20% or more.

I was thinking of going pretty much later. Because later dates have a normal flight fare.

My question now is, hope they wont be consequences if i missed enrollment that sept 19th?
Because, i want to believe, a lot of people too wouldn't make it that sept 19th due to one reason or the other.

I submitted my application on the 25th of July nd made a paid call today, decision has been made bt the tracking update hasn't changed nd tls hasn't ed me to receive yet, I'm guessing that will happen next week and I hope its a positive result.
I didn't apply in Nigeria sha bt when submitting, I was told it will take 6weeks, if decision has been made already for mine, maybe those of u that applied in Nigeria for the same date can make a call to know if yours is ready

If we cancel application, we would get a refund right?

Application date for 4 dependants : 28th of May (Hubby and 3kids )

Biometric for all : 31st of May

NSF for MA : 17th of June ( For study gap documents which I sent on the 21st of June

Paid mail for MA on the 28th of June, Collection mail for MA same day.

Several Paid mails and calls for dependants : awaiting decision( I literally got tired of these)

Paid Call for all dependants: 8th of July ( Decision has been made ) Ope o��

Transferred and received by VAC : 15th of July

Collection Mail : 15th of July

Ok, Back to the main gist ;

I submitted a proof of Fund from 1st of May to 30th of May.. (30 days pof)

On the 3rd of June , Someone here said she was refused because she Applied and paid both Visa and IHS 5 days to her POF maturity of 28th days .. when i saw it, I was devastated because I applied on the 17th of May, Paid both Visa and IHS same day...but printed from 1st to 30th of May which means I only held it for 17 days .. MOGBE!!!��‍♀️�‍♀️

I became so worried , but Thank God for God , @duchee90 and @Mosinmiloluwa that came through for Me and gave me hope for NSF .

Kindly note, My pof has been in my since March, Paid my full tuition fees in April ... submitted my pof for cas ... from March 30th to 27th of April ( Cas was given on the 12th of May)

Hence , NSF became my everyday prayer cos I really needed it to print another POF for them .. infact I've informed my officer I'm coming to the bank very soon .

When I got the first NSF for my 10 years study Gap , I kept on praying for the second one so I can send the POF to them .. but it's didn't come . On the 28th of May I made a paid mail and I was told decision has Been made and Collection mail dropped! How ? Why ? Without NSF for the POF ? That was when I realised what my school told me then that they are sending my documents with my POF and Bank Reference letter to UKVI for my CAS , so it has to be up to date .

Documents submitted : port,POF, Degree Certificate,Transcript, Neco Certificate, Change of Name , Marriage certificate , TB Certificate, IHS and Visa evidence of payment, Cas file ,checklist , Visa Application form ..(Infact I ed enough documents for them )

Dependants: hubby - his POF , Marriage Certificate, Biodata page, family pictures in a file , TB Certificate

For the kids: Hubby POF, Consent form signed by both Parents, biodata page, birth Certificate, TB Certificate.


I declared 2 Canada study visa refusal 2015 & 2016
1 UK Visiting visa 2021 December.

The kids also declared UK Visitor visa refusal ..

It was Only Hubby that was given the Visitor Visa and He Spent just 2 weeks

All declared !!


I'm just so happy seeing our ports with visa stamped in it ...

I just dipped that I wrote a letter of sponsorship from my mum since I'm usin her bank statement instead of a consent letter and now I'm worried. Pls does it really matter since she still clarified the amount she is providing for me, she just used financial sponsorship instead of consent

They say they do but that's how my sister entered their trap, she ended up having to write English test which was another struggle on its own. She couldn't refuse their offer because she wasn't able to get her transcript thanks to ASUU strike

We all should be open to being corected, all what you said are correct, but not absolute because UKVi are constantly updating information on their website. The current info is that student Visa has been adjusted to the initial 3 weeks timeline.

A regular check on the website is advised.

Ukraine crisis is causing delay in visa applications, yes some might receive earlier bt they have written that it might take longer than 3weeks. Even in other countries, people's ports are being withheld for longer bcuz of this. If someone submits on 20th of June nd receives response on the 27th of july, is that not more than 3weeks u people are shouting about. Why will I say what I don't know when the first thing u see on tls is that visa is takin longer bcuz of ukraine crisis. Even the British High commission wrote to my school over here that visa application is now taking an average of 5weeks to process, pls dont come nd quote me again if u don't know what to write

This statement is False. Please Retract. Visa takes 3weeks, the delay is mostly with TLS Bn a 3rd party not UKVI. Please you people should be doing research before dropping comments. It has effects on other people.

Ukvi has said processing will take 6weeks bcuz of ukraine issue, for some it might be shorter and some might have to wait for those 6weeks, maybe your brother's case falls in this category

I'm a student and I didn't apply in Nigeria but I submitted a letter from my school, my mum's bank statement, letter of sponsorship from her, travel insurance, flight booking details, hotel bookings and a cover letter to explain my trip details nd why they should give me a visa and I got a response within a week

No you cannot submit yet. Your opening balance and closing balance must be greater than or equal to the required fund which is 30k.

It means your pof start date starts from the day your pof hits 30k.

Let's say I decide to make a huge tuition deposit, leaving me to need like 22k and the opening balance in my pof still remains the same while closing remains 30k, that's okay right

I got the same for schengen visa nd mine was just 12days which was more than enough as a tourist. I visited nd greece and I enjoyed myself. Is it not better than refusing you the visa?
