I don't think he is. I am wondering to myself how on earth did he end up here? Did he marry the white dude in a desperate bid for asylum or citizenship?
I heard a true story that a Nigerian guy in Australia or New Zealand (can't recall the exact country) while seeking asylum, falsely claimed he was gay and had to leave Nigeria for fear of assassination.
An immigration officer in that country took an interest in him and promised he could help him get asylum. About 6 months to 1 year there was no asylum in sight but the immigration officer was steadily sleeping with this guy, he had even moved Nigerian guy into his apartment as his live in lover.
When our Naija brother couldn't take it any more he cried out for help to his family . His male cousin shared this story. Some of the things people do or will do to stay japa-ed is beyond me, I cannot fathom it!
He didn't marry for citizenship or asylum,he travelled out some years back, Jimmy Adekoya was my close friend back in school (polytechnic), he walks like a woman,he behaves like a woman, he was a bookworm.
Then he finished his N.D with a distinction,he had a girlfriend then, but it saddens me I just lost my old friend,he was trending yesterday on X app.

Let me set the record straight. There are only three groups of people complaining in this crypto space:
1. Newbies who have not yet found their footing and are overly focused on alts while risking what they can't afford to lose.
2. Intermediate traders who have refused to study how the system works and are fixated on lower timeframes instead of the bigger picture, before lower timeframes.
3. Those who have neglected to incorporate macroeconomics into cryptocurrency trading. The only thing they care about is and resistance on lower TF.
Quantitative easing hasn't even started, so BTC will still lead in every pump, while alts lead in every minor BTC dump. Most people neither know this nor care to know.
Some insult me for doing too much research, but they donât understand its benefits. When they panic, Iâm just laughing and documenting their emotional reactions.
The money weâre all going to leave behind one day is what you're stressing yourself over? Alright, go ahead. Just do it.
This post is not referring to anyone specificallyâjust my general overview.
By the way, the Wall of China I mentioned earlier also works in a bear market.
Whenever the weekly candle touches the fence, I short. When it gets to the middle of the fence, I short again. Finally, when it pokes its head slightly above the fence, I short for the third time. Thatâs as high as it can pump in a bear market.
People should develop at least three working strategies, specialize in one of them, and theyâll never remain the same.
I see people complaining like pilot students who want to fly to every country successfully after watching YouTube videos on how to fly. They forget it takes time, and experience matters.
We're still in a bull market, sell year for that matter, but some people are already preparing for shorting strategies in bear market. What does that tell you? Luck is when preparedness meets opportunity.
Please, Legend what's the name of this indicator, I'm interested in having it...

I'm always eager to share, but when I there are some people who only visit this thread or only comment when it's time to abuse iLegend, I just hold back and say, "Make I keep this one for my book series." At least I'll be paid for it, not abused for it.
Also, one of the reasons is, I don't want beginners who haven't mastered the basics like Market Structure, candlestick, chart pattern, drawing , resistance, Fibonacci retracement/extension, etc. manually to get carried away, avoid foundation and start using these short cuts.
Since my volume lecture is proving stubborn to be concluded, I'll post another lecture (indicator related) as a form of apology to people that love reading my post, but the volume one must drop one dayâI have gone too far to abandon it.
Let me give you two powerful indicators, but don't tell anyone.
if you're already good at drawing and resistance, I'll suggest you save yourself time and use an indicator called Volume-based & Resistance by Tommy. Why? This crypto game is all about volume and market always go to where it resides.
The second one is: Fibonacci Trend by Chartprime. Why? As the market is going up or down, it's telling you the trend and instantly drawing the Fibonacci retracement.
The one I posted by Mxwll does these two things already, but it's good to have ones for confirmation.
As I always say, it's not by indicator. Though, it's good to know they exist, but keep the game simple even though you have access to a big catalogue of indicators.
Thanks đ

I always talk about having strategies, a main super strategy and being patient and consistent. I even added the market rewards the specialist. So, those that always want me to call a coin, I'm a BTC specialist. My call is 5 green day and knowing the Re-Sel-Bu-Bum year you're in. (Relax year, Sell year, But year, Buy-More year).
I don't chart any other coin except BTC. Every indicator I try, it's only on BTC 1 week TF, 1 day and 1 months. Occasionally, 4 hours, 15 mins and 5 mins. The moment it works on those, it's approved.
Before I started using indicators, I made sure I'm good manually. So, if you're a beginner, try to learn TA the hard way first before you the easy lane.
One example of easy lane is this free market structure and price action indicator called Mxwll Price Action Suite on Tradingview.
Don't go close to it if you're a beginner. It's too good and will make you lazy. It's Smart Money Concept all done for you. Has FVG, demand and supply, and resistance, Fibonacci, order block, BOS, ChoCh, etc. It's an all-in-1 plug-and-play suite. To make it even more accurate, you tweak the settings.
It's in my top 10 indicators.
Thanks for sharing this Legend...

Wow!
So, today, I made a new discovery on GPT. Normally, I type fast, all thanks to learning typing skill as a kid. Also, as a programmer, you have no choice too. I can even type a full message with my eyes closed, but when I'm lazy, I use voice recording.
My normal voice recording doesn't punctuate for meâI'll have to say things like: period, exclamation mark, comma, etc. before it'll do it. Today, I I didn't know what pushed me, I decided to try ChatGPT's voice capture to text and I was wowed.
The normal recording on my textpad usually misspels a few things and I'll have to painstakingly correct and punctuate them manually.
With ChatGPT, I intentionally spoke sluggishly and I made sure it's a typical Naija accent, hoping it won't capture what I'm saying, but this guy captured it clearly with perfection and even added punctuations in the right places. Hmmm!!!
Looks like my days of typing will soon be over. Everything will be 70% or more voice. I go use Cho Cho Cho kill some people soonâthis one it has become way too easy. So, all my years learning MAVIS will go to waste now.
With this, writing of book will become easier with instant punctuation and proper spelling on the go.
I'll test the limit to see how many minutes it can record.
"I want trading indicators that will show me order block,FVG and resistance, supply and demand, trendline overbought, oversold, direction of the market and anything you think of that I forgot, that will help me make a better trade."
This question you asked chatgpt, you can easily screenshot the chart on your device and the image on chatgpt to help you do that,it will easily tell you where the liquidity, demand, supply, order block and fair value gap is, including entry, take profit and stop loss. Chatgpt will easily do these without stress. AI has made everything looks easy, provided you can give the right prompt,lol...

iLegendd: You donât need more than four indicators to trade effectively. In fact, a single well-chosen indicator can do the job. Most indicatorsânearly 90%âserve the same core purpose: analyzing volume, trend direction, and price movement.
That said, Iâve spent months meticulously searching for the best free indicators to make crypto trading feel almost magical, as though youâre using some kind of "juju."
Today, Iâm close to concluding my research, and while it stings a bit to share the fruits of countless sleepless nights for free, Iâm committed to doing so.
When I backtested some of these indicators, I was overwhelmed with joy. Itâs a rare moment when trading feels this effortless. You know that guy on social media who eats beans and bread with pure, childlike excitement? That was me, completely exhilarated.
Iâll share the top indicators in our Telegram group once Iâm done refining my list. Prepare for your trading experience to transform overnightâguaranteed! Keep in mind, these indicators were tested primarily on BTC. I donât trade extensively, but these tools will make you fall in love with your TradingView app all over again.
The days of painstaking chart drawing are over. With these indicators, everything is automatically plotted and revealed, regardless of your chosen timeframe. Itâs seamless.
Finally, weâll delve into one standout tool: the DIY Custom Strategy Builder. This single indicator packs over 40 indicators within it. If youâre using the free version of TradingView and feel limited to just two indicators, the DIY tool expands your options dramatically.
As I mentioned earlier, you donât need more than four indicators, and often just one will do the work. However, itâs empowering to know you now have an arsenal of highly effective tools at your disposal. Stay tuned! Na man wey get only one option dey feel heartbreak .
In the same vein, Bruce Lee would say, "I fear a man who has mastered 1 punch a 10000 times over the opposite." So, you'll choose a maximum of 4 and master them, but you'll still have options.
Please, how can I access the pine script for this strategy on trading view?

One sure way for a coin to hit the price you secretly want is to have a liquidation at that price without stoploss with money you desperately want to lose. Period.
Do this, go to bed and before you wake, it'll hit that exactly that price before reversing. Failing to do this, your risk becomes a reward.
The moment we overcome this 100k barrier, there will be only 2 barriers left in crypto and that is 500k and 1mâwhich will happen 20 years or more from now.
For that, let this 100k not happen yet, but on the day Trump takes over or on the 25th of December, this year, to make it more ceremonious and memorable and capture the headline.
If you're in weak alts, get ready to bleed off at least 30-50% before January, 2025.

iLegendd: Part 4
My Prompt:
Comparing all 4, Naira, BTC, Gold and silver, rank them on percentage lost and percentage gain from 1940 to 2024 and which is the best invest and the worst investment to hold.
Reply:
To compare the Naira, Bitcoin (BTC), Gold, and Silver in of their percentage gain or loss from 1940 to 2024, we need to break down each assetâs historical performance and analyze its overall change over time. This will give us insight into which asset has been the best or worst investment during this time frame.
1. Nigerian Naira (âŚ)
The Naira was introduced in 1973, replacing the Nigerian pound. Since then, the Naira has experienced significant depreciation due to inflation, poor economic policies, and devaluations by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Performance:
1940-1973: Before the Naira, the Nigerian pound was relatively stable but depreciated towards the end due to economic challenges.
1973-2024: From its introduction in 1973 at âŚ0.66 per $1 to âŚ1,000 per $1 or higher by 2024 (depending on the parallel market rate), the Naira has experienced dramatic devaluation.
Approximate Percentage Loss:
Nairaâs depreciation is over 99% in value against the U.S. dollar from 1973 to 2024.
2. Bitcoin (BTC)
Bitcoin was introduced in 2009 and started with no intrinsic value. Since then, BTC has gone through extreme volatility but has risen significantly, making it one of the best-performing assets in history.
Performance:
2009: Price started at less than $0.01 per BTC.
2024: As of 2024, Bitcoin trades between $30,000 and $40,000 per BTC.
Approximate Percentage Gain:
From $0.01 to $30,000 or higher is a gain of more than 300,000,000%.
They used old rate of 30k, so if we use current rate of 68-70k, the percentage doubles. Damn!!!
3. Gold
Gold has been a store of value for centuries and was tied to the U.S. dollar under the Bretton Woods system. After the gold standard was abandoned, gold prices became free-floating and have steadily increased, especially in times of economic uncertainty.
Performance:
1940s: Gold was priced at $35 per ounce.
2024: Gold trades around $1,800-$2,000 per ounce.
Approximate Percentage Gain:
From $35 to $1,800, gold has seen a gain of around 5,000% from 1940 to 2024.
4. Silver
Silver, like gold, has been used both as an investment and in industrial applications. Its price has fluctuated more dramatically due to demand for its use in industries such as electronics and renewable energy.
Performance:
1940s: Silver was priced at around $0.70 - $0.90 per ounce.
2024: Silver trades around $25-30 per ounce.
Approximate Percentage Gain:
From $0.70 to $25, silver has seen a gain of about 3,500% from 1940 to 2024.
---
Ranking Based on Percentage Gain/Loss (1940-2024):
1. Bitcoin (BTC): Gain of over 300,000,000% (the best-performing asset by a huge margin).
2. Gold: Gain of around 5,000%.
3. Silver: Gain of around 3,500%.
4. Naira: Loss of over 99% (the worst-performing asset).
Best and Worst Investments (1940-2024):
Best Investment: Bitcoin (BTC) â Bitcoinâs unprecedented rise from almost zero to tens of thousands of dollars per coin makes it the best investment by far, despite its volatility.
Worst Investment: Nigerian Naira â The Naira has suffered extreme devaluation, making it the worst investment. Its purchasing power has been eroded by inflation, currency devaluation, and poor economic policies over the years.
Conclusion:
Bitcoin is the standout winner, even with its volatility, due to its astronomical percentage gain.
Gold and silver have both performed well, with gold slightly outperforming silver in percentage gains. These metals are traditional stores of value and have maintained their purchasing power over time.
The Naira has been the worst investment due to its severe loss in value, making it a poor store of wealth in the long term.
For a long-term investor looking to preserve or grow wealth, Bitcoin, gold, and silver have been far better choices than holding cash in Naira.
However, each asset has different risk profiles and market dynamics, with Bitcoin being highly speculative and volatile, while gold and silver are considered more stable but slower-growing stores of value.
For part 5, about comparing GLE-BOSS based on percentage gain since 1940, click here https://nairaland.unblockandhide.com/6318352/crypto-currency-investors-thread/3955#132549132
Please, how do we invest in these precious metals (gold and silver), are we to buy stocks from companies that deal with these metals?
