What school or program can I apply to in Portugal with Polytechnic certificate. HND (Agriculture)?

I applied for e-port at akure office since August last year. I've been going there for collection and they keep telling me to come back. It has been over a year since i did capturing. I do not even know if the whole thing is successful as I can't trace it on the website. Please advise me on next course of action

I ed for eport since 2021 ending...
I captured in February at Ibadan immigration office.
But since they changed to enhance port they keep tell me that my the old machine that print eport is faulty and up till now my port is not printed... What do I do?

The officers keep on blaming for doing it myself

When you are coming for your clearance.come with ur DNP APPLICATION SLIP,ISSION SLIP,ACCEPTANCE SLIP,O LEVEL,JAMB RESULT,BIRTH CERTFICATE,"CBT SCORES FOR EXISTING APPLICANT" 2,650. AND 2,500 FOR MEDICAL AND SOME OTHER FEES

no...datz not the solution @lukmon....cases like dat are much many but if he has been itted den no prob let him continue his ission process he wont loose it the skul will ask him to sit for anoda ssce b4 graduating if he wants to get his nd cerficate he shuld av it in mind dat he will sit anoda waec or gce but he can continue his ission process
