Hello. Thank you so so much. Noticed Nairaland doesn’t give me notifications (I just started using it) and I only just saw your message. You were right, some of those past questions from test streams came out.

Do you mind if I could follow up by asking how your AC was like? I’d prefer to have a conversation personally with you, if you don’t mind. But here is also fine.

ennyj01:

Hi. You can get the past question from teststreams.com or you reach out to them on WhatsApp 09054281818

The materials I used then, I don't have it anymore.

To your question on the stages of recruitment process.
First stage: speed test (7 mins for 20 questions)
Second stage: Test 20 mins for 20 questions
3rd stage: Test 50 mins for 50 questions (numerical, verbal, abstract, logical and Diagrammatic)

4th stage: Assessment centre, physical at Workforce office at Gbagada. Some did online AC. Less than 30 got to the AC stage.

After the AC, you will undergo additional 2 stages of interview before medical, documentation, and offer.

I did not scale through the assessment centre, but I am opportune to know a few who got the job.

I wish you success.

Hello! Please how did your application go? I would really appreciate if you could point me in the direction to prepare. I’m looking for workforce past questions on Oando

ennyj01:
Hello everyone
I hope you all are good, I just want to know if there is anyone that was invited for the OANDO second stage test coming up this Sunday..

Does anybody know what the test will likely be like, like what can we read for the test?

I will also be glad if we can all share our time to know when we are writing...

My own test time is on Sunday by 3pm
Is there anybody writing before 3pm also.
syrekylian: 11:03pm On Apr 09
Hi, Oando really pays up to N1m at entry level in 2025? I don’t know, I’m just curious so I’m genuinely asking for the range

Drella:

Chevron and Total are sister companies. While one may have a higher salary than the other, the difference can be staggering.

Even Oando, Seplat, etc that are indigenous and not multinational, they pay more than 1m to entry level staffs. How much more IOCs like Chevron, Total, Shell, etc?

If you say this thing among people that are exposed, they will laugh at you o.

Interesting. Any idea what the case study was like for them? I’ve read the interview is 3hrs + long, ridiculous. Also just curious about what the annual remuneration for graduate trainee might be 👀

stevemarkdangot:

So sorry Bro
I wish you success in your future endeavors. I personally know 3 applicants that have been ed with all 3 having no connection whatsoever. I'll say the process is very competitive.
If possible, could you share the response to your mail when you inquire about your application status.
syrekylian: 10:17am On Mar 24
Hey, how did it turn out? Did you do the case study?

temmytade:

As things stand, not getting a response by this time is a good sign. Let’s keep the hope alive.

Yeah, you’re right, that info is so wrong lol. Someone on this same nairaland said they paid him 17m as contract staff. This was 3 years ago

Big fat lie!

As of 2018/19, Shell paid 800 - 900K PER MONTH to entry level staff who went through the graduate recruitment program. Shell was notorious for paying the least as an MNC oil and gas firm but offered the best in-house training and development. Other MNCs relied on poaching Shell staff who had two to three years of experience. So how come in big 2025 Shell will pay 2.5 million PER ANNUM?

Nothing like location as location is neutral in the industry except for those who work offshore. What you earn in Nigeria will most likely be the same in Iraq or Suriname. That is why the industry is one of the most lucrative globally. [/quote]
