Under (The Constitution of the Incorporated Trustees) there is a column where they are requesting for information on Keeping . I know, that the purpose of keeping s is to ensure transparency, ability, and proper management of the organization's finances. It involves recording and documenting all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. However, CAC expect me to fill the KEPPING AACOUNT section, and i am confused. Please who has idea of what CAC is asking for in the keeping section.

My experience while withdrawing money from a POS agent in Lagos. I wanted to withdraw 20,000 from the agent's POS device, but 1st inquired how much is the charges, he told me #100 for withdrawing 20k. The 100 Naira charge draw my attention, because I was used to paying 100 naira per 5k, so the 20k could have been like 400 box, anyway I obliged and asked him to go ahead. He punched the machine and inserted my card, then ed the device to me, so that I would enter my .

I punched the and held the device to process the request, as I held the machine he requested me to give him the device while the transaction is being processed, but I told him don't worry and held back the machine. After some time, the device returned an error, bla bla bla and declined the transaction. Contrary to my knowledge of POS, another processing window opened on the device, which was requesting for a phone number. He requested me to input my phone number, I read the message and it said, "reversal request" ...insert your phone number. I entered my phone number and another window opened again, now requesting me to enter my number.

At this moment the agent was telling me ,enter your for reversal, enter your , enter your ... It downed on me ,he is likely upto something. I declined immediately and removed my card, tore the declined ticket and called him names fake, wayo, yahoo etc, but he kept saying, if they debit you, don't come here to complain...I did not bother if they debit me, since I have the decline receipt as a proof of failed transaction and I know I can always lodge debit complaints to my bank and any wrong debit would be reversed.

Pls I advice, do not enter this kind of details on POS, I have a feeling these other windows could be a modified application that can parse dubious debits to the suspected . Please be very vigilant criminals are on the prowl. Yahoo boys are every where, always changing tacktice.

Sincerely, Obi needs to win to change the political narrative in Nigeria. The polithiefcians needs to know that power belongs to the masses.

In My work place, all of us are Obidient and only one is Ibo. Our monthly take home has been increased twice this year to cushion the brunt of this inflation. We're not doing bad but we need Nigeria to get better because the number of jobless Family relatives that calls to bill every month ending is alarming. We need the economy to thrive.

Obi shows that charisma of a prudent person who wouldn't steal much(no way corruption would die overnight), and even if he doesn't directly steal, his aides, ministers, party loyalists would still show their in-bred Nigerian culture. I have this believe that one thing that'd need to die first for this country to grow is corruption, as people steal and loot(then hide) what they can never spend in their lifetime. Nigeria has hit hard on everyone, including the rich.

My only hope now is to try peter Obi and see the outcome, if after two years no changes, I'd resign to my fate and believe Nigeria would never get better in my generation. Maybe, the next generation would get it right.

Dear NLs, please I need your advice. My neighbor has converted the seatout between my flat and hers to a poultry farm, where she is now rearing chicken. I recently returned home from my work place and was hearing the clucking sound of Chicken coming from the balcony, when I opened the door to see what was there, I saw birds in some cartons.

I presumed my neighbor kept them there and would relocate them after some days since the chicken were inside a carton, but days has turned to weeks and weeks going to month and the birds are still in my balcony. I then checked the varander again only to discover, the birds have found a new home, as they are now on the floor of the seatout, as thier place of abode.

Last week Monday, I met with the woman to finding out what she mean by training birds behind my kitchen. She said gave some excuses, that she will relocate them but has not got them money..... Later that day, I saw her husband and informed him, but he too complained of money bla bla bla. I obliged to assist them with some money, to which I transfered 5,000 to him and pleased with him to move the chicken away from our living house.

Using the simple interest formula I=(PTR/100)
I=(Interest)
P=(principal)
T=(time)
R=(rate)

I= [P * T * R ]/ 100
let the R be the unknown
36,000 = [240,000 * 0.5 * R]/100
Make R subject of the formula
R= (36,000 * 100)/(240,000 * 0.5) = 30%
Here. I was charged 30% not 15% per annum.

Lets work for the supposed interest using same formula

I= PTR/100
Let I be the unknown.
I= [240,000*15*0.5]/100 =18,000
Interest = 18,000.

If interest is 18,000 why was I charged 36,000.
