I just feel it's wise for the Principal applicant to move ahead of the rest of the family to atleast prepare the way for others due to uncertainties with job and cost of settling down.

Yeah very advisable, Imagine trying to secure accommodation for family while offshore etc. Come in first settle, then bring them unless you have someone willing to assist you.

222311 is a Skill Level 1 occupation. So if you did not finish from a Tier 1 Nigerian University or a 5 year course, you will probably get a negative assessment from Vetassess. It's not currently nominated by any state except SA which has it on Special condition.

Customer Service Manager is a level 2 occupation.
Choose the one that best fit your occupation and degree to avoid a waste of money with Vetassess.

They won't let you do the bridging course without work experience. you might want to do a Bsc to get ed here instead of 3yrs they uni will credit 1 or 1.5yrs. Studying here isn't cheap but once you finish it's worth it as a nurse you will get your money back

Or You go to EA. A couple of states want Engineers as well as Agric.. professionals. Depending on how quick you can get your Nig. Transcript to Vetassess you can apply for their priority processing($1600 10 days assessment is finalised) same with almost what you will spend for EA which can take time. When the assessment is out depending on you and other factors such as English.. For 489 you get 10 more points so all you are looking for is to land yourself on 65 points inclusive of the 10. For EA you will be hoping to get nominated by a state 190 which is really competitive now or 189 If you can bag 8,8,8,8 then you are safe. In conclusion, if you get get a superior then follow EA, if not maybe try other options which are easier and quicker.

To address your concern, I have a bit of experience with the nursing thing, The main goal for you now is the get a positive skills assessment first. It's going to be hectic cos of different bodies involved. I think the first body you will need to deal with is AHPRA https://www.ahpra.gov.au/ The regulate licencing for Medical professionals. From my understanding, you need to get a principle letter from them or so, in that letter they will outline what you need to do to gain Australian Registration. You now have to take the letter and everything again to ANMAC https://www.anmac.org.au/ for skills Assessment. Positive from ANMAC you apply for PR, come here and do an IRON program or bridging----> Gain Australian registration. Work for a bit. apply for top jobs. IT CAN BE DONE
So you are looking at MENTAL health nursing. Write English first must be academic IELTS OR PTE 7 minimum in each band.
Once u gain registration and you have full working rights you will run from nursing jobs in this country, especially mental health. TOO MUCH WORK

But what will happen to my masters degree, will it be accepted?
What's the minimum requirement for lecturing job there?
Will my race (black race) be a constraint to this dream?

I read sociology and graduated with a 2.1 from Uniport but I never practiced it, instead I got into IT, first as a digital marketer then as a freelancer for two years now.

I have two issues,

1. I want to apply for the skilled worker program under social work which is a 189 and assessed by AASW. But I don't know what this requires or if my lack of experience in the field will be an issue.

2. I could also apply as a copywriter or technical writer but these are 190 and are hardly sponsored by any state. What would be the best process for me.

for skill assessment, the degree is the first which is the qualification. It can be in a relevant field or not that comes down to how many yrs post qualification work experience vetassess will deduct for a positive outcome. so degree doesn't really matter unless stated by vetassess that you must have a degree in a highly relevant field.
