No engine seller will even allow you to go beyond opening the oil filter cap, checking the dipstick and turning the engine crankshaft usually with a spanner. It's a used engine all these points I mentioned above can never determine how the engine is being used by the previous owner.

Your caliper is locked up it can be caused by rusted slide pins, have a mechanic remove that caliper clean the slide pins and grease it with brake lube, it might be time to flush your brake fluid since itay have boiled

The mechanic have changed both the break pads and the disks but it still vibrates while pressing my break pedas at speed.
He also checked on the break calipers and confirmed it's in good condition.
