What is news however, is the truth that *there is actually an antidote to the virus that the world seems to be rejecting* at the moment.

Students of the Bible are not in anyway shocked by today's happenings, because as it's clearly stated in the book of proverbs, there's nothing new under the sun.

A vivid instance of this kind of issue in biblical days, are the plagues visited on Egypt, while the children of Israel were in slavery, in the provinces of the then world power.

It is pertinent to note that the Israelites were *_instructed_* to *_remain indoors_* with their doorposts marked with blood. The blood served as a *sign to forbid the pestilence from penetrating their abodes* . So, the BLOOD got them covered, while the Egyptians suffered casualties. Exodus 12:1-23.

However, the scenario raises the question of the source of the pestilence. Did it come from God as a way of forcing the Egyptians to grant freedom to the Israelites? Or was it just a pandemic as coronavirus is believed to be

Here's your answer. God is good and does no evil. He doesn't keep or send destructive angels, but there's one other personality referred to in the Bible as the thief, who comes only to steal, kill and destroy. That's the devil. He's perpetually angry at humans and would leave no stone unturned to ensure the total annihilation of man. *THE CHURCH OF GOD IS THE POWER AND FORCE RESTRAINING THE EVIL* the devil plans for the world. Otherwise, the entire world would be in flames right now and eventually will, *WHEN THE CHURCH IS TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY* . 2Thess2:7.

Therefore, contrary to those who have opined that the church and renowned men of God should be working out miracles almost as if they brought the calamity on the world, the world should be thankful the church is still very much around to prevent the full unleashing of evil.

A major lesson also, is the fact that, there are times when, due to divine purposes, the destroyer is allowed by God to carry out his eager function, in order to call the attention of the world(unbelievers) back to God. During these times, *_those on God's side are shielded as they comply with directives._* The best the children of God can do, is to pray for God's mercies on the rest of the world. Better still, the rest of the world can simply acknowledge God, turn from their evil ways and watch God restrain the destroyer as promised in 2Chron7:14.

Be that as it may, Bible students are also aware that there are end time prophecies predicting the unleashing of pestilences on the world, as a prelude to the emergence of the Anti-Christ. Matt24. If so, there'll be little or nothing to do spiritually, to stem the tide of already predetermined divine purposes, other than pleas for mercy.

Either way, only those who identify with, acknowledge, recognise, respect, adore and dwell in the Secret Place of The Most High God, will abide under the Shadow of the Almighty. Ps.91. These are those covered by a far more potent and powerful blood than was used way back in Egypt. *This is the BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST* ...the lamb that was slain from the foundation of the world. *The saints always overcome by THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB* and the word of their testimony. Rev.12:11. The only instruction to get covered is to come into the place called "Christ" John3:16.

Therefore, my *advice* to the technologically *advanced world of today* (China, Italy, USA etc), is simply to humble themselves, turn from their evil ways, acknowledge The Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, *preach to all carriers of the coronavirus in all the various isolation centres and those on self isolation, to accept The Lord Jesus Christ, as their Lord and Saviour* , by believing in their hearts and confessing Him loudly with their mouths. I can bet, that as soon as that is done, they'll instantly become partakers of the Life of God(Divine Nature), that is impenetrable by any disease whatsoever.

*That Life instantly infuses into their physical bodies The BLOOD OF JESUS...THE ONLY ANTIDOTE to coronavirus* , which will quicken, energise and revitalize their bodies, by destroying every trace of the coronavirus Rom8:11, so they can joyfully serve the Living God.
