I am able to send FM radio from a Nokia to my wireless headset. what I do is connect and wired headset to the phone Nokia phone so as to receive FM signal. The phone is also connected to my wireless headset through Bluetooth. So every sound from the phone is playing on my wireless headset.

Kudos to this Governor. He seems to be a progressive,funny thing is he wouldn't have stood a chance of becoming a governor of not for the issues APC had in the state.
